Hello I would like to share my positive experience with the company Seca. I have been working at Herzzentrum Leipzig in medical technology for 11 years and I don't know any other company in the medical sector that offers such an excellent service. I can only recommend all hospitals to use this offer.
The service absolutely meets expectations and is money well spent, especially with regard to the relief in dealing with the Weights and Measures Office. The service employee Mr. Rüdiger performs his tasks competently, customer-oriented and friendly.
Seca performed the calibration at our hospital and did not promise too much. Two friendly and competent employees came to find, check and adjust all the scales so that this time the calibration went smoothly. From the beginning to the final report is / was a round thing.
The calibration preparation as well as the subsequent calibration in our house was supervised by Mr. Cornell Rüdiger. We were very satisfied with his work. Many thanks.
The calibration service is very good because you do not have to worry about the appointment with the calibration officer. It is also very good that the scales are calibrated on site at the stations.
