I would like to start by saying that we have had a business relationship with Seitz & Braun for several decades. In addition to a maintenance contract, we have, among other things
- converted the oil heating to gas with you,
- completely rebuilt an upper floor,
- repaired extensive overvoltage damage,
- twice carried out extensive refurbishment/renovation work and finally replaced the gas heating
- replaced the gas heating last week.
Team leader Günther Waffler was the main contact person and consultant in each case, to our complete satisfaction!
As a result, we have only had the best experiences with you, the so-called "project supervisor" Mr. Günther Waffler, your head technician Fran Schöll, your service staff and your fitters on site, which is why I would ask you to "steer" our praise and recognition accordingly!
Well, last week when we replaced the heating system, we were able to experience Roland Haas, a "full-blooded fitter" with a great deal of self-motivation on site, who not "only" replaced the gas heating system with pleasure and meticulousness, but was also always in a good mood and extremely pleasant to work with and for us. He was also absolutely authentic in his words and deeds. You can consider yourself lucky to have an employee of this quality in your company in this day and age. You could feel at all times that he was "on fire" as a fitter for Seitz & Braun!!!" He mentioned during his work that he enjoys his job a lot, which was noticeable at all times - in our absence he was humming songs to himself, simply great and at peace with himself!!!!
His friendly nature, his engaging and cooperative manner and his enthusiasm in answering questions are complemented by a working style that is characterized by reliability, conscientiousness, accuracy and honesty, according to our perception!
This behavior deserves our respect, recognition and highest praise.
Once again, we were pleased to receive nothing but positive feedback from your company and in advance from Mr. Günther Waffler, who also visited the site to check that everything was running smoothly! The briefing with Daniel Schertel also worked very well, he was also frequently with us for service, also always to our complete satisfaction!
