The whole courtyard for parking and picking up the vehicles is a huge disaster
it should be urgently taken care of when you bring your car to the service and pick it up again that you can park it reasonably in an appropriate parking lot or pick it up again and not between the main road and flagpoles I have never experienced or seen anything like that because you can't recommend anyone with such chaos the branch in Neutraubling had to be closed at all costs

Hello Finally I have time to write you my application for Sieber in Regensburg So at Auto Sieber in Regensburg I have always remained loyal This is now my 7th car and that also from the daughter I have always been very satisfied 5 stars for service 5 stars for my consultant Mr. Berens Tobias this is for me personally my best car consultant at Sieber I bought a car again from Mr. Berens and was an Opel Mr. Berens gave me great advice so that I bought the car then he said to me I could pick up the car in 14 days and that's exactly how it was I didn't have to worry about registering and from the moment I reported the car everything worked out well without any ifs and buts I would like to thank you again that it worked out so well the number one for me is still Mr. Berens would always only buy a car from Sieber in Regensburg.

The atmosphere with Mr. Rösch was very positive right from the start
That's why I'm now driving a Mokka, which wasn't actually my intention.

The repair of our car took longer than agreed, which is not bad at first. However, I expected to be informed or called back that the repair would take longer. When we called twice, we were put off for a callback, which we did not receive. Only on the third occasion were we informed that the car was ready.
This is absolutely not acceptable if you are dependent on the car!

Too expensive

The appointment to drop off the car was at 4 pm. The employee didn't show up from a training course until 4.45 pm.
The rental car was a Corsa. When the car was handed over, there was no Corsa.
Appointments and coordination, possibly also with the order acceptance department, which is not located in the building, should be better checked.

From order to delivery, everything was perfect.
