Another issue is that I saw just under two hours duration for the work - but the report states 2.5 hours, which the technician did not specifically inform me of, especially since I know it well due to my tightly-tackled virtual home office schedule. The Spanke technicians were polite and they did their job competently. Regarding "implementation" I can only judge it as "neutral" in terms of time and efficiency, since I have no or little experience in this regard.
