I came to Step Advisors on the recommendation of a friend and was very lucky to get in touch with Alex. If I had to describe him in one sentence it would be "one man, one word".

After 10 years out of work, I didn't expect to find a job so quickly. But Alex was confident right from the start and was able to dispel my biggest doubts in the very first interview. Not only did he manage to find a suitable position for me in a very short space of time, he also found exactly the firm that was 100% right for me. The telephone briefings and handouts were worth their weight in gold. Alex works extremely professionally and is always in the best of moods and cordial, so that you have the feeling that you are talking to a friend. In every phone call and every message, you can sense the dedication with which he pursues his vocation. I guess that's what makes Step Advisors so special. I don't think I'll be needing a headhunter any time soon, but if I did, I would only want to use Step A. for my search.

Highly recommended!

My contact person was Mr. Kocur, who was always available for me.
At the beginning, he inquired about the professional knowledge and requirements of the future employer in order to be able to send optimal offers.
On a positive note, I was sent an email with a handout containing useful tips before each interview. Some of it is basic, but some is valuable to read up on.
After each interview, he also asked how the interview had gone and gave me feedback.

I would therefore like to express my sincere thanks to him and can recommend him without reservation.

In my job search, I spoke to about a dozen recruiters specializing in the legal field. The true test of a good recruiter is that they get you into the right rooms. Step Advisors delivered on this and I'm looking forward to starting a new position soon.

I spent time discussing my qualifications and building profiles with other recruiting firms, but Mr. Meikel Kocur from Step Advisors is the one who got me access to two of the top law firms in Germany. He also took the time, along with the administrative assistant, Ms. Antonia Schmitt, to schedule briefing calls before the interviews with the client.

Along the way, I was kept in the loop about opportunities and feedback. As a nice touch, Mr. Kocur also wished me well before interviews.

I can only offer positive feedback and I would recommend Step Advisors to anyone looking to upgrade their career in the legal field. 5 out of 5 stars in every category. They are heads and shoulders above the rest.

At the beginning it was a bit slow to deal with StepAdvisors, however once Maximilian Olbrich took over everything went smooth. I honestly must say, that they have been the best recruiters I‘ve dealt with, especially that they are taking their time to prep you for your interviews, follow up and most important update regularly and always have a kind word. For anyone, who is looking for a job, I would recommend connecting with StepAdvisors. It is not only their service, but also the company data base, they are sourcing for. You can rest assured, that it ll be just „any“ company they are recommending.

Ich habe mich rundum sehr gut betreut gefühlt und die Handouts zur Vorbereitung auf die Vorstellungsgespräche als hilfreich empfunden. Positiv möchte ich insbesondere im Vergleich zu meiner Erfahrung mit anderen Recruiting Services hervorheben, dass Telefonate immer nach vorheriger Terminvereinbarung stattfanden und wir alternativ auf E-Mail-Kontakt ausgewichen sind. Ich bin mir nicht sicher, ob ich es gut finde, dass die Bewerber mit einem eigens entworfenen Lebenslauf vorgestellt werden, da hierdurch ggf. die Individualität der Bewerber verloren geht, aber letztendlich kommt es ja auf den Inhalt an und ich habe am Ende einen Job bekommen. :)
