Even the advice was outstanding, complex topics were explained well even for non-IT specialists. We were offered what was necessary and not as much as possible. The implementation and support were very professional and we were helped quickly and reliably even when problems arose. The availability is exceptional and you talk to people and don't spend ages on hold.

All tasks assigned to StieCon run without having to take care of them yourself. A separate resubmission is unnecessary, StieCon reports automatically before certificates expire, for example.

I would like to share my extremely positive experience with StieCon and express my satisfaction publicly.

From the very beginning, the cooperation with StieCon (which has existed since 2010) has been extremely professional and customer-oriented. Communication was smooth and the team always showed a deep understanding of my individual requirements, which I have constantly.

The expertise of Thomas Stieglitz and his team is clearly visible in every project. Not only did they develop a customized solution for my needs, but they also brought in innovative approaches to optimize the efficiency and performance of my IT infrastructure.

The response time to queries and issues was impressively quick, giving me a high level of confidence in the reliability of their services. The team has demonstrated not only technical expertise but also a strong customer focus.

The only IT system house that consistently thinks along with you and doesn't just start working when the child has already fallen into the well. Instead, it provides proactive and partnership-based support in IT matters. For the first time, I have the impression that solutions are proposed here that are in the interests of our company and not offers from which only the IT systems house earns money without there being any perceptible benefit for the company.
