Since 2005 we have been providing our customers with the TekBASE management software for their servers. The so-called web interface is continuously developed by us and the wishes of our customers are implemented. In addition, we offer our... customers free support for an unlimited period of time. All this makes our TekBASE with currently about 31.000 installations the most used webinterface for game servers and stream servers.
Rarely seen such a support and always helpful, who is looking for web interfaces in the hosting or clanserver area will find exactly the right thing here, whether beginners or experts will find everything they need.
I am completely satisfied with TekBASE.
I don't usually give reviews, but I think it's about time. The installation did not work for me. There was a problem with the FTP server. Therefore I wrote to the support. The problem was solved by the free installation. Then I couldn't get along with some games. Also here I was helped directly via Discord. I always have a contact person and even with server questions I'm not left out in the cold. It would be good if teklab would offer this as well. So I would have everything from one source.
Been here now for 12.... no 14 months already here. I have always been helped, even when I changed my server provider, the software was installed again. Answers via ticket take longer BUT on emails the answer is fast, at the latest after a day and on Discord is also helped very quickly. Game servers are running and now Valheim I find nice. Minecraft and Ark also go and since a few weeks we also use Shoutcast so webradios.
PS: Do not listen to the people who rate with one star. Are certainly some users who order and then do not pay bills ... you can see in the last rating. Or just do not read the right of withdrawal and simply tick with the order. Best still used the free installation service and besieged the support.
I have made an order on 30.01.2021, and on 03.02.2021 the order / contract revoked.
I have the order / contract widderrufen because I no answer or the license has not been unlocked. On the revocation was answered once, then no response received and the money and my credit after a month still do not get back.
A month later I got a bill for the month of February, so my contract was not revoked, although it was exclusively offered to revoke the contract.
Either stink lazy or they have lost track. In any case, not to be recommended!
Many of the existing reviews here I can not understand, it says in some of the support is bad, slow, not available, that almost prevented me from trying it.
I was taught better, the support is great - they even do things for which the support is officially not responsible.
Not available? Even on Sunday you get an answer!
Slow? I have always received an answer within 30 minutes.
So don't be put off by the bad reviews.

Tekbase is probably the most widely used web interface when it comes to games.
Unfortunately, everyone should think very carefully about whether to enter into a contractual relationship here.
I was of course also very tempted by the price of the product, advertised as "one-click", "simple", "self-explanatory", unfortunately it is exactly not. The installation is a pain despite the existing installer. If you only have a root server, you are already at a loss. The stored images are ancient, not up to date, you have to take care of the maintenance etc. yourself. The support answers only on a whim, but mostly not at all. The communication is non-existent, because apparently they don't read the e-mails correctly, so that questions always remain open - because it takes time to wait. Cancellations are not confirmed (despite registered mail, inquiries by mail, etc.), it is simply kept silent, so that you have to save everything meticulously and file - if it comes after the end of the term to anger. Such a provider, shows me again and again, that it is good to have legal protection insurance above the normal level. Fortunately, there are simple variants (OpenSource, Community Editions) with the same scope, automatic updaters and a useful fast support.
I write off the 140 Euro for the year as a teaching fee.
Welcome to the service desert Germany... with TekLab.
after many advocacies through community and forums, I decided to buy a private version of the current TekLab.
The relatively expensive purchase price for a private license did not deter me for the time being. Because everything looked undemanding to me on the basis of the pictures and this was also offered to me by the website. An uncomplicated installation is offered by an installation script and a free installation service.
I purchased the version on 05.06.2020 and tried to install it directly with the in-house installation script. Unfortunately, this did not quite work so I had to rely on the installation service. This installed me the server on 09.06.2020, but some images were missing what was not apparent to me at the time of purchase that I have to create them myself. Since I do not know myself well I was still dependent on help. On 10.06.2020, the missing images were installed for me. So I was explained by the support some Sachenverstände, but these were not apparent to me, for example, to change any folders or startup parameters. For me simply too complicated. I bought this so that you can set up game servers quickly as a private version (loan) without having to have prior knowledge. As the web presence would like to make you believe.
After I had my license now already 5 days, me although everything has been set up, unfortunately, some things still did not run smoothly. Some servers were shown as offline, or did not start at all. After further testing of 1 1/2 weeks I decided to cancel my contract. Mind you 2 days after the German right of withdrawal, but note that I could not use the software from my 14 days right of withdrawal 5-6 days. So I tried to revoke my contract on 21.06.2020. I have explained myself in the case and asked me to transfer my money back. I am aware that this would certainly have happened on goodwill, but one must also clearly say if I do not have 14 days to test and I have the software only 5-6 days later available, one could have accepted the revocation as a sincere company in my opinion.
Unfortunately, I have received no feedback to my letter of 21.06.2020, it was obviously significantly removed from the customer portal. Postally, unfortunately, nothing has arrived until today's date. I have now waited an extra two weeks, as I expected an answer or statement. Since the support is very indifferent answers and reacts very sluggishly, I have waited this time.
I can only advise anyone who wants a smoothly functioning software with easy installation not to purchase this as a private person. Sure it may be a good software, if not the best. But as a loaner, something like this should not be sold to me as undemanding. Because there is nothing to find on the website about any basic knowledge. Therefore, I think that this software is rather aimed at committed people who are familiar with the subject matter.
The customer support is also friendly and competent. However, not when it comes to a revocation, this is then simply hidden and deleted. Feedback remained as described unfortunately out.
As a company, a customer would be worth at least a feedback to me. I am a little disappointed about the behavior and that one could apparently but no mutually satisfactory agreement to bring.
Under other circumstances, my rating would have been increased based on the friendly customer service.
Unfortunately, the support is very slow, you write apparently always only with one person. My contact times were sometimes longer than 24 hours. I got answers mostly at extraordinarily times beyond 00.00 o'clock.
If nevertheless a feedback should come regarding my revocation, I will enter this as an update.

Friday evening I had ordered Tekbase for my gameservers and a shoutcast server. The installation under Debian 10 did not quite work with the install script. But this could also be due to Plesk. I wrote to the support on Saturday and they immediately offered to install it. I still had one question and it was answered on Saturday and even on Sunday. Ingenious service.
My experience comes from 2016. Generally the product itself good and satisfactory.
I used the software since 2012. In 2015 I got emails without content. Just empty. I wrote multiple mails saying I received mails without content and no invoice for those months. I never got a reply. In 2016, I then canceled because I no longer needed the product. Then in 2017 I got a collection demand for the bills of the months in which I received empty mails. No one was ever reached by phone. Tickets / mails were never responded to. Now I mean no mail spamming of 10 pieces per day, but one demand per week.
It was about a product sum of 80 €, which I would have been willing to pay IF because an invoice would have been available on you I have even requested.
Ultimately, since I was still young and inexperienced at that time, came thus a sum of 280€ to be paid for me. Thus, not the product is disappointing, but the operator.

After a joint discussion, a reasonable solution was proposed to me despite the long time, for which I am very grateful. If the service remains so in the future, my opinion has changed to a clear recommendation!
Especially dissatisfied!!!!!!!!!! 0 stars in all departments. Support takes as long as there would be only 1 supporter. Cancellation takes too long or I still get bills and don't want to pay the bill. Ps. I have emailed them on the website and so far no response.
So far I was very satisfied with Teklab, had also received from Mr. Frankenstein 1 to 2 months A free Teklab version to bring up my hosting. Until then I was very grateful. After these 2 months I wanted a normal commercial Teklab version. And what I got was a former bill of 400 Euro that I questionably never knew about. By then I had to close my hosting because my customers couldn't get to their site and that was the end. But all in all Teklab was and still is one of the best interfaces on the market. And maybe my 400 Euro debt will expire so I can open a hosting again. By the way, the site was called C-Bixx
I am the support team very much to freinden, when the program has small stomach was the C.F at any time 7 days a week there and has taken care of the magel. that is already very suppervon him and am very happy that C.F is so nice. thanks to the whole Teklab team :)
