We hesitated for a long time before taking that step. My sister and I had always taken care of our mother ourselves, but at some point, we just couldn’t do it anymore. We were both completely exhausted.

A neighbor recommended Thalpos to us. To be honest, I didn’t have much hope at first. I thought it was just another agency that would quickly send someone over and then consider the matter settled. But it turned out to be completely different.

Mr. Schugar called me, and we talked for over an hour. Not about formalities. About my mother. About her fears. About her quirks—the very things that make her so lovable. He understood that we couldn’t just let just anyone into our lives. It simply had to be the right fit. I can’t even begin to describe how much peace this has brought to our family.
