Thorsten Behrendt hat sich auf eine dringende PC- (Laptop...-) Panne hin sofort gemeldet und hat sich innert einer Stunde des verzwickten Problems vor Ort angenommen. Er ist freundlich und professionell, ist systematisch und zielstrebig vorgegangen, hat das Problem erfolgreich eingekreist und ohne jede Umschweife gelöst. Ich empfehle Ihn sehr - auch was WLAN und digitales TV betrifft. Last not least sehr günstig, v.a. im Kosten-Nutzenverhältnis.
