UGRS Darmstadt

Thank you, Prof. Littara! I can’t thank you enough. At first, I went to that guy with the Instagram followers in Darmstadt. I totally fell for it. I’m still waiting for my bill. My lawyer is going to demand payment now.
The implant had shifted, and there was no increase in length.
Thank God Prof. Littara took me on, and I think it’ll turn out okay. There’s still some swelling.
Make sure you don’t end up like me. At least this is a real clinic; I don’t know what the other one was. But it certainly wasn’t good.

Unfortunately, I couldn't leave a review on Google just now. So here it is: I'm here for a long-term follow-up on my breast augmentation. Everything's great—I just happened to be in the area. I'm still very satisfied. I highly recommend Prof. Littara and his team!

I am completely satisfied with the entire process. From the initial consultation all the way through to the treatment, I have absolutely no suggestions for improvement. You can’t help but feel at ease here. Thank you very much for everything.

Everything went exactly as I had imagined.
The staff gave me good advice, and I wasn't pressured into having surgery. They explained everything to me very clearly. When I woke up, I was welcomed warmly.
The food was great, too (though that's beside the point).
All in all, I was glad I came here.

My husband and I would like to thank you so much for everything! You guys are the best! He was so excited, and I was more than skeptical. We both apologize for that.
He’s incredibly proud of his extra 4 cm. We can wholeheartedly recommend the team without reservation.

I am truly satisfied in every way. The design and the calm demeanor of the doctors and staff were exactly what I needed. I had searched for a long time and needed time to make my decision. I would like to thank Prof. Littara for his excellent work and especially for the kind conversation after the surgery; he was not like the doctors at the hospital where I had my knee surgery—my experience there was quite different. I highly recommend UGRS.

I had my follow-up appointment on April 12 and was 5.7 cm dilated. I had already posted all of this on Google. It was blocked immediately. I then filed a complaint and my account was unblocked. I then corrected the post and pointed out that my reference to “yesterday” was incorrect and that Google was to blame. Now my review has been deleted and I’ve been blocked.
I just went to a pre-op consultation for another surgery and thought I’d write the whole thing here again. So readers know how Google manipulates the internet.

Many thanks to Professor Littara and the entire team, including the anesthesiologist. You walk in there and get the sense that they could do all of this in their sleep—it’s second nature to them. It was much less stressful than I expected. The communication beforehand was also excellent and informative. Finally, someone who gave concrete answers to concrete questions. I waited far too long and let others unsettle me. For example, another doctor replied to me right away, but didn’t answer any of my questions—he just said his consultant would get in touch. Why? Because I couldn’t sue him since I don’t know where in the world he’s actually based? It was strange. Now that I’ve experienced this level of professionalism, I believe other doctors write a lot of untruths on their websites. Since I’m writing here anyway, I also wanted to share my ordeal. So to all of you out there, don’t let yourselves be unsettled like I was for far too long—go to the professionals.

First, the part that probably interests you most: I’m extremely satisfied and have gained 4.9 cm. I barely felt any pain and was back at work the day after tomorrow. Top-notch doctors, outstanding team.

Now for the other part: I didn’t originally want to write anything because it felt too personal to me. Then I found out what the two ladies were upset about. So I went back and read through the posts here again. By the way, I think it’s great that you all write so openly here!
I tried it and the exact same thing happened to me—Google blocked my review immediately, so since I knew what was going on, I phrased it neutrally. Unbelievable! UGRS is so well-known, they certainly don’t need our reviews. BUT the fact that Google treats us patients as if we were bad people just because we had penis enlargement surgery, and denies us our right to free speech right here in Germany—and thereby manipulates us—is a total mess. Where is our great government in all this? That’s why I’m writing here after all. My statement: I’m super happy with the result, and the Federal Cartel Office needs to finally regulate Google. The German Constitution is being violated right here in Germany, and the agency isn’t doing anything? Unbelievable.

Manuela’s husband and mine have been friends for years and had surgery together. Mine is now 3.8 cm longer—not quite as much, but he’s happy. I had the same experience as Manuela, who I’m with right now. However, I first had to open a Gmail account on Google just to be able to leave a review, but my review was blocked immediately too. Unbelievable. It’s unacceptable for a U.S. giant like Google to impose its moral standards on us right here in the middle of Germany! The government should address this instead of arguing.

My husband and I are extremely satisfied; the team is super nice and professional. My husband is now over 4 cm longer.
I’m writing this in addition to my Google review. I heard from the team that Google apparently doesn’t allow the topic of penis enlargement and hasn’t published several patient testimonials. But I won’t stand for this kind of censorship. My post there was also blocked immediately. How is anyone supposed to get reliable information when Google manipulates opinions like this?

A very friendly and professional team. You don't even notice the surgery while under twilight sedation. What a great experience!!

So, I finally went through with it, and it was way less of a big deal than I thought. I hadn't found any results beforehand and only a few reviews. So, to everyone in a similar situation: at least 3.5 cm more. When fully extended, of course :-). Good luck to all my fellow sufferers.

Everything's great. I'm completely satisfied. 4.9 cm longer when erect—I can't even describe how that feels. Amazing.

Absolutely amazing! Such a great atmosphere. It’s incredibly calming. The staff is so warm and welcoming, and it’s never hectic. Thanks to Dr. Hagen, who was always by my side—I was really panicking when I first arrived.
Professore, mille grazie!

Great service from all the staff!

Very helpful and friendly.

I went in for a checkup today. It wasn't necessary, but I wanted to. It's been just under 8 weeks now. I feel great. Another 5.8 cm—I still can't believe it. Thanks to everyone.

I went for my follow-up appointment—everything went great. I’m really happy with it; the team is professional. Thanks to Anke for the cake—that was really nice of her (it was for the staff, but she let me have a piece).

I highly recommend it.

I would also like to take this opportunity to extend my heartfelt thanks, especially to the anesthesiologist David and Dr. Hagen. I have never met such competent doctors. I felt like I was being cared for by a mother :-)

I had a great consultation; the young man is very personable, and he answered every question thoroughly. The surgery went smoothly, with no major pain or limitations. I just hope the results will be impressive in 5–6 months. Then everything will be great☺️
