UGRS Darmstadt

I had my follow-up appointment on April 12 and was 5.7 cm dilated. I had already posted all of this on Google. It was blocked immediately. I then filed a complaint and my account was unblocked. I then corrected the post and pointed out that my reference to “yesterday” was incorrect and that Google was to blame. Now my review has been deleted and I’ve been blocked.
I just went to a pre-op consultation for another surgery and thought I’d write the whole thing here again. So readers know how Google manipulates the internet.

Many thanks to Professor Littara and the entire team, including the anesthesiologist. You walk in there and get the sense that they could do all of this in their sleep—it’s second nature to them. It was much less stressful than I expected. The communication beforehand was also excellent and informative. Finally, someone who gave concrete answers to concrete questions. I waited far too long and let others unsettle me. For example, another doctor replied to me right away, but didn’t answer any of my questions—he just said his consultant would get in touch. Why? Because I couldn’t sue him since I don’t know where in the world he’s actually based? It was strange. Now that I’ve experienced this level of professionalism, I believe other doctors write a lot of untruths on their websites. Since I’m writing here anyway, I also wanted to share my ordeal. So to all of you out there, don’t let yourselves be unsettled like I was for far too long—go to the professionals.

First, the part that probably interests you most: I’m extremely satisfied and have gained 4.9 cm. I barely felt any pain and was back at work the day after tomorrow. Top-notch doctors, outstanding team.

Now for the other part: I didn’t originally want to write anything because it felt too personal to me. Then I found out what the two ladies were upset about. So I went back and read through the posts here again. By the way, I think it’s great that you all write so openly here!
I tried it and the exact same thing happened to me—Google blocked my review immediately, so since I knew what was going on, I phrased it neutrally. Unbelievable! UGRS is so well-known, they certainly don’t need our reviews. BUT the fact that Google treats us patients as if we were bad people just because we had penis enlargement surgery, and denies us our right to free speech right here in Germany—and thereby manipulates us—is a total mess. Where is our great government in all this? That’s why I’m writing here after all. My statement: I’m super happy with the result, and the Federal Cartel Office needs to finally regulate Google. The German Constitution is being violated right here in Germany, and the agency isn’t doing anything? Unbelievable.

Manuela’s husband and mine have been friends for years and had surgery together. Mine is now 3.8 cm longer—not quite as much, but he’s happy. I had the same experience as Manuela, who I’m with right now. However, I first had to open a Gmail account on Google just to be able to leave a review, but my review was blocked immediately too. Unbelievable. It’s unacceptable for a U.S. giant like Google to impose its moral standards on us right here in the middle of Germany! The government should address this instead of arguing.

My husband and I are extremely satisfied; the team is super nice and professional. My husband is now over 4 cm longer.
I’m writing this in addition to my Google review. I heard from the team that Google apparently doesn’t allow the topic of penis enlargement and hasn’t published several patient testimonials. But I won’t stand for this kind of censorship. My post there was also blocked immediately. How is anyone supposed to get reliable information when Google manipulates opinions like this?

So, I finally went through with it, and it was way less of a big deal than I thought. I hadn't found any results beforehand and only a few reviews. So, to everyone in a similar situation: at least 3.5 cm more. When fully extended, of course :-). Good luck to all my fellow sufferers.

I had originally planned to have the procedure done in Turkey. However, the total cost—including airfare and treatment—wasn’t significantly cheaper in the end, so I decided to go with Darmstadt.
