I contacted Mr. Letsch regarding the review of an existing insurance relationship (occupational disability insurance), which I was no longer satisfied with. Mr. Letsch got back to me immediately and offered me a comprehensive consultation and contract analysis.
In the discussions that followed, I was always looked after by Mr. Letsch in a very friendly and courteous manner and felt that his advice was competent and in my own interests. When it came to choosing a better insurance policy, all my questions were explained clearly and patiently and complex issues were presented clearly. As a result, I was recommended a more suitable insurance policy without any pressure to sell. Mr. Letsch was always available to answer additional questions and was always ready to help.
