The real estate agency Weiland und Kirch managed the sale of our property with great dedication throughout every stage and successfully completed the transaction within just a few months (valuation; listing; coordination with authorities; frequent on-site visits for prospective buyers, appraisers, and contractors; preparation of the contract and notary appointment). Communication was excellent, so that despite the great distance between us, we were always kept up to date and involved in important decisions. In the best sense of the word, they were an excellent broker balancing the interests of all parties involved.

The sale of our three-family home was a very personal matter for us, as we had lived there ourselves for 30 years and have many memories tied to it. We are very satisfied with the work of Ms. Weiland and Mr. Kirch.
The online advertisement described the property in detail and showed informative photos.
The contact was always uncomplicated, friendly, reliable and professional. They were always easy to reach by e-mail and telephone and responded very quickly.
Ms. Weiland and Mr. Kirch answered all questions competently and honestly. We felt well informed as a result.
They also accompanied the handover of the keys with a handover protocol, as the sellers were unable to be present.
They are a great and committed team!
