I came across Tina's "Love Yourself"retreat by chance on the Internet and thought to myself "You can never have enough self-love, I'll treat myself to it". And I have to say, I was not disappointed, quite the opposite!
Tina impressed me right from the start with her open, warm and friendly manner. You can tell that she is passionate about what she does and she is good at motivating people and getting them to go out of themselves.
The retreat itself was very varied, with yoga sessions, meditation and breathwork sessions in between the individual workshops. Everything was voluntary, so if you didn't want to take part, that was fine.
I was particularly impressed by the breathwork sessions. I would never have thought before that it is possible to penetrate deep into the subconscious and bring one or two repressed feelings to the surface through guided "breathing exercises" and the appropriate setting.
The hotel was also a dream, beautifully situated in the countryside, great wellness area and delicious food.
I can recommend the retreat and the work with Tina to anyone who wants to do something good for themselves, invest in their health and well-being and learn more about themselves!
