There was no food! The few leftovers that were still available were inedible. Because of the food alone, I avoid Bad Meinberg and prefer other ashrams. I consider the vegan concept to be an insult to paying participants. Basically, you have to plan on eating out, which makes Bad Meinberg very unattractive in terms of cost.

It's always a dream to be at Yoga Video. It's a pleasure on all levels. Lovely people, great community, great program.
For me, this place is more than just a place to recharge. For me, it's a home. I have another idea on how to make this place even more beautiful. I would really like it if cell phones were only allowed to be used in the rooms. I sometimes find it disturbing to see other people using cell phones in the common areas. I am sure that some people would appreciate clear guidelines and enforcement of the rules, and that this would make the place even more attractive. I would also love it if the intermediate yoga classes were always like this. In some cases, they could be even more strenuous. I am looking forward to my next visit and am excited to see what changes will have taken place by then. Namaste, Felix

Kamala knows how to convey the topics with great joy thanks to her empathetic and motivating manner, enriching the exercises with her beautiful voice and ukulele accompaniment. A successful yoga experience and valuable exercises for at home. In addition, there is delicious food and beautiful North Sea beaches to relax on.

Unfortunately, a completely unstructured lecturer with little tangible knowledge. It degenerated into esotericism, when the material could have offered so much more. What a shame! Next time, I'll just come as an external guest and save myself the course.

I have been visiting Yoga Vidya for many years and really enjoy coming here. With the so-called supporting program and the seminar times, the day is packed until late. But since I know this and really appreciate and enjoy the spiritual atmosphere and the vegan organic cuisine, I am always very satisfied. Thank you to everyone.

An all-round harmonious and enjoyable course, taught by a very friendly and knowledgeable instructor with extensive knowledge of Ayurveda. Perhaps the medical basics (anatomy of the shoulder and neck muscles) could also have been useful when discussing massage.

The overall organization with the 108 sun salutations and Pranamaya CD in the early morning and of course the great seminar, with well-balanced parts between theory and yoga practice.
In addition to the well-structured theory part, the participants were also given the opportunity to actively participate. Of course, a good open atmosphere and trust had to be created by the trainer.
