Independent Mobility

The 'Powered' wheelchair was a used chair, but the condition was excellent and price was good.
The aftersales was excellent, could not have been more helpful . When viewing the products there was no pressure, the staff were quite happy to let you go away and consider before you purchased. After the sale, if there was any questions or queries regarding in this case, the chair, they were quite happy to take the time to help. Would recommend anyone looking for a mobility product, certainly give 'Independent Mobility' a look first.

Only just placed my order. In store experience excellent. Ann Marie was extremely understanding and supportive, listening to my explanation of needs and advising suitable products to look at. She gave me all the time I needed to try various electric scooters and consider which best fitted my requirement. She was happy to answer further questions and show me other products I showed an interest in for future consideration. Happy with quick delivery service and look forward to using my scooter in a couple of days time. I cannot at this stage comment on after sales service or the lived experience of price to performance ratio but am confident it will as everything has been, be 5 star. We went in the shop in grimsby looking for a mobility scooter for my husband, the car park was completely accessible was able to park right next to the shop, in these days of purchasing on line it was a pleasure to be greeted by Philip, someone you could actually talk too, he showed my husband varying scooters, told him the prices explaining everything to him, allowing him to drive around in the car park which was huge, so completely safe for him.. wasn’t at all pushy. My husband was able to make his choice, and delivery of the scooter was in the same afternoon. So pleased we chose to visit independent mobility, excellent service we would well recommend them

I entered the store and I was met by Susan. I explained my circumstances and what I required. Susan then showed me the options of the different wheelchairs which would fit my needs and showing me how they operated . I then had a go to make sure I’d got it. Susan very patient with me and any issues after I left stated could contact them no problem to resolve.

Susan was very helpful and found me exactly what I needed. We weren’t rushed and were encouraged to try it with me walking and with my husband pushing me. Thank you Susan we will definitely come back when I need anything else.

We visited the Witham store on Friday and spoke with Ann Marie , what a very pleasant friendly knowledge lady, went above and beyond for us , gave me excellent advice and information made me feel at ease, many many thanks, now really really looking forward to my new scooter. Mr Sean Glave

Independent mobility Beverley store is wonderful, Shauna helped me find the right scooter to take on coach trips. She was patient and kind. I didn’t feel pushed into buying something.

Simon showed great kindness and understanding of our requirements. Scooter options shown and explained , with the chance to try them out in the showroom private car park myself. Scooter disassembly clearly explained and again we were given the opportunity to try that for ourselves ,which enabled us to make the correct choice. No pushy salespeople. Would recommend.

Spoken to such a very helpful girl in Beverley she said she was called Susan I’m slightly deaf and I think that was her name. We were there on Sunday looking at a hospital bed, she went 100% beyond what was expected, she called us back saying she could get it sooner for me we turned back and ordered it. 10 stars

The service my wife and I received at Independant Mobility was exceptional, friendly and knowlegeable. We ended up buying two riser recliner chairs and a power chair. We were given a thorough rundown on both products, the whole transaction was made easy because Carl and Susan understood that they were dealing with two oldies and treated us kindly and with respect.
