Mr. Graefer is a very good recruiter. He had contacted me for my current position and I found it very interesting. He had also prepared me very well for the interview and it all went very well. Interestingly, he had visited us/myself during the opening day and we were able to meet and discuss in person as a result. He asked how I was doing and gave many tips to get me through.
I found this accompaniment after the hiring very good.
I can really only recommend him.

Stephan has successfully filled positions at our firm both in the international C-Suite and at the national department manager level. His service is always excellent and he is always on the spot. Even if his service is not cheap, it is definitely worth the price.
Stephan has always recommended the most suitable candidate to us, which was not always the one with the highest level of education or salary. He advises us openly and honestly about job requirements and position profiles and also dares to reject our requirements to discuss the real needs and the situation at the local job markets.

Mr. Gräfer is a serious personnel consultant who reacts with the highest flexibility to the frequently changing requirements of our company. He is also pleasantly cautious in his approach to possible search assignments. He is always available and gives feedback/update in a very timely manner. You can tell that Mr. Gräfer doesn't do the job for the money, but that he really wants to understand his client and his client's strategy in order to find the right candidates, and not just the right ones, in a labor market that is difficult for companies. Our candidates also reflected Mr. Gräfer's esteem towards us. In addition, Mr. Gräfer was also able to successfully assist us in finding an investor for our subsidiary. It is really fun and if we have the need for support again, we will definitely come back to Mr. Gräfer!
