I had to postpone my seminar period once, which went without a hitch, thank you for that. Organizationally, I had no reason to complain. The room was OK, the food was good and the castle was very suitable. The only thing missing was a sports room where you could have worked with sling trainers, for example. But you can do without it sometimes, so I didn't want for anything.
I also underestimated the personal rucksack of the other participants and was very glad that the seminar leader (Martin Garreis) has professional experience of people's psyche. When severely depressed participants needed help, it was there. That's a good thing, it can even be dangerous to lead something like this without knowledge.
Silence was never a problem for me, but the very loud, sad, almost depressive mood of the participants was difficult. Martin did a great and very professional job, without too much of an esoteric, alternative undertone, which would have put me off. His autogenic training and the singing bowl meditation session were incredibly good!
I would book the seminar again, but for the second time I would completely forego the reading/conscious engagement and perhaps start meditating after all. I didn't want to/wasn't able to learn this, but only philosophized very intensively about my own questions in the phases offered. I will not use the online seminar offered by Wege-zum-Sein.

Thank you very much for your appreciative and touching feedback on our meditation retreat In mir zu Hause. We are delighted to hear how deeply you experienced the time and how much the atmosphere, the places and the group supported you.
Your words about Thomas' way of creating a safe and open space mean a lot to us - this is exactly what we stand for. We were particularly touched by the fact that you spoke of a better quality of life and inner freedom. That is a matter close to our hearts.
Thank you for your trust and recommendation - also on behalf of Thomas and Florian.
Best regards
