Mr. Kaiser and his team at enerix-Südschwarzwald did a fantastic job. 17.55 kWp with a 19.6 kW storage system and ATS. Planning, project management, and implementation were top-notch. Enerix Südschwarzwald is obviously no stranger to quality. Finally a company that gives no cause for criticism.
Highly professional, competent advice. Impressive how Mr. Kaiser answered all my questions patiently and above all comprehensibly. The contracts are structured without any hidden or ambiguous clauses. The promised deadlines were met without delay.
All the work was carried out cleanly and very precisely. The fitters always took care not to damage anything during installation.
The quality of the system, including the battery storage system, is absolutely top-notch and innovative.
It is important to me to have service even after the installation if required, so far I have not been disappointed in any way.
I'm glad I didn't go for the cheapest loss leader, because this is where the minimal price difference becomes apparent.
Unfortunately, I can't express my enthusiasm about Enerix Südschwarzwald enough.

In the fall of 2022, I ordered a photovoltaic system, which I was promised for April 2023. I made a down payment of 30%. When there was still no date in August 2023, I canceled the order and started a new search. After the first meeting with the managers of the four companies I had contacted, it was clear that Mr. Sebastian Kaiser was by far the best in terms of both his technical expertise and, not least, his reliability. His in-depth knowledge of the subject matter and his precise approach were obvious from the very first moment. However, the perfect impression created during the preparation was far exceeded during the realization: The punctuality of the processes is record-breaking! I can't remember how long it's been since an order I've placed has been carried out so punctually and without any visible problems; this may be the very first time!
A huge compliment for the planning, for the execution and for the reliability to the team of Enerix-Südschwarzwald and especially to Mr. Kaiser.
