Absolutely competent and reliable. Perfect installation, both on the roof and in the house. Coordination of various trades (scaffolding, roofer, painter) went smoothly. System components are 100% coordinated, no negative experiences, nothing annoying. The whole system runs smoothly (feeds/stores/connects to grid/charges car), no need to worry about anything. And of course, the electricity yield is good and the feeling of being largely self-sufficient in electricity is very pleasant. There's not much to improve.

I received good advice and the installation of the system went quickly, even during product bottlenecks. I had hardly anything to do with the annoying formalities, which I have experienced quite differently with other companies in my family. Gladly again at any time.

We always felt well looked after during the whole time of consultation, planning and execution. All contact persons were always available and communication was always easy. The consultation was extremely comprehensive and helpful. I can really emphasize Mr. Glaubke here.
Due to the geometric situation at the installation site of the storage tank, the order was not placed.
I can definitely recommend the company Enerix, especially since I also became aware of the company Enerix on the recommendation of a satisfied neighbor.

Some time passed between the conclusion of the contract and the completion of the plant, the execution of the work was satisfactory. Very comprehensive advice, in the service is sometimes still a small "error" to find, which we have also discussed in the final conversation. The installation team was available for clarification of problems, the customer service we have not yet had to test :)
Currently, we can not yet fully use the APP, but we can say that the system does what it should, generate electricity.

6 months from order placement to final acceptance, whereby the delay was not due to enerix but to the processing times of the network operator. Everything from "one source", each trade professionally versed and very clean working (no leaving a dirty construction site). Friendly support in administrative matters (paperwork) by the ladies of the house in Westerstede, final assessment currently not possible, as not yet completed in its entirety. The "boss" Mr. Nijdam deserves special mention. From the first conversation to the end, he was always committed, solution-oriented and approachable at any time either by phone or via e-mail. I can recommend this company to everyone and wish enerix Westerstede further successful business years.
