Ich bin auf Frau Geisenberger durch ihre Inserate im Internet aufmerksam geworden, deren Darstellung hat mich angesprochen, ebenso wie der erste telefonische Kontakt mit ihr. Frau Geisenberger hat uns über die ganze Verkaufsperiode hinweg mit ihrer äusserst angenehmen Art sehr gut unterstützt, sie war immer ansprechbar, hat Lösungen und hilfreiche Vorschläge gemacht. Des Weiteren hat sie uns viel Arbeit abgenommen. Ich hätte mir keine bessere Verkaufsunterstützung vorstellen können, es war alles einfach perfekt.

I have found Ms. Geisenberger to be a very friendly, reliable and competent contact person and advisor when renting out my apartments. She always has good ideas and suggestions and is happy to go the extra mile for her clients and take on appointments and tasks for them that - as in my case - are not so easy to do from a distance. For me, there is no better estate agent and I look forward to hopefully many more years of working with her. Therefore highly recommended! 😊

Ms. Geisenberger is a very experienced and competent estate agent who enjoyed my complete trust. Her eloquent, polite and friendly demeanor and negotiating skills also won her the sympathy of the buyers. Because of my personal acquaintance, she also took on additional important services and activities beyond her work as a real estate agent in order to save me unnecessary time and travel. I can only warmly recommend Ms. Geisenberger and am very grateful to her because of the good success!

I felt very well understood from the very first meeting with the realtor Mrs. Geisenberger. She responded to all my wishes regarding the selection of the tenant who would fit into the house. She is very empathetic and understanding.

Mrs. Geisenberger is very friendly, competent and professional!
We ourselves do not live on site and first had to do a lot of renovations before the first rental of both units. Not only for this she gave us numerous valuable tips.
She also estimated the rent amount well, prepared a convincing exposé and updated the very appealing photos in the exposé again and again.
Through her unerring pre-selection of prospective tenants and obtaining all the information relevant to us, we have now found the best tenants for us. She was always available to us and supported us fully throughout the entire process.
For us there is no question, we will hire her again - but hopefully not so soon!

From the initial contact to the conclusion exemplary. No broker talk, no dream figures, unrealistic wishes are taken seriously and well-founded advice is given on realistic goals. This results in a realistic good offer. Whether by chance, luck, skill or the combination of all has led to the desired result in not expected time.
Top broker, who in my eyes provides a good value service and spares the nerves of those involved.
