Although the treatment was professional and serious, the atmosphere in the treatment room was warm, pleasant, relaxed and even quite entertaining from time to time (which made the long treatment a lot easier to bear). In other words: I definitely did not feel like "just a number".
In my opinion, the surgery was performed professionally, effectively, and cleanly. Healing so far has gone according to plan (if not a little better than expected). However, everything else is now in my hands, of course.
