It would have been nice if we could have booked our program with a single provider. We had to book each activity separately. As Mrs. Deterling (guide) had told us, this would have been perfectly possible.
Especially as we were always provided with a bus from the travel ring. It was also not easy to order a guide, as we were told when we enquired that a guide could not be booked through her. It would probably have been cheaper for us in the end.
But in the end everything worked out and the participants were happy and satisfied.

I had sent a request by email regarding a time change for the return journey and did not receive an answer even after repeated requests. Only much later did I find out that the contact person was probably ill. The bus company that we ended up with was not very cooperative or customer-friendly. I wrote an email with my criticism, but have not yet received a reply. Professional communication looks different.
As we discussed afterwards, we would like to take this opportunity to apologize once again that your request regarding an adjustment to the departure time two days before the trip did not reach the right place in time due to illness.
