After an unsuccessful attempt with the insurance agency responsible for me, I came across hc-consulting in my search for alternatives to determine new rates with my PKC, AXA. The handling of my inquiries was very quick and professional, the advice was excellent and, above all, comprehensible. This led to a change of tariff, with which I can save around EUR 70 per month with almost identical benefits.

Communication with hc Consulting consists of one/two sentence answers from the "Chairman of the Supervisory Board". When he was supposed to find out crucial information for me - and after several weeks I asked him to check with the insurance company again - he resigned from the mandate without further notice. Completely useless.

I was amazed by the high level of expertise of my consultant, Mr. Halm. He was able to answer all the questions from the FF in full, explain the context and incorporate individual wishes into the various options. The whole process was uncomplicated and didn't take much time. The change of tariff for health insurance went just as smoothly.
