I really enjoy Henrike's fine, gentle and empathetic manner. I feel seen by her. Henrike is a master of her trade.

The time in the Waldviertel was magical and different to what I expected or thought might happen.
I made friends, communicated openly and was able to look at and resolve a number of cross-cutting issues.
Experiences and moments that will remain unforgettable. A magical place with incredibly loving people and tree creatures.

The constellations with subsequent or preceding dance sessions are life-changing and complement each other wonderfully.
Since then I have been dancing every day with more feeling and ecstasy than ever before in my life.
I came with the desire to be able to celebrate ME and life and I can say that this is now working well.

An indescribable journey to yourself from the moment you start working with Henrike. This power of redemption at the speed of light is simply magical and so much that has inhibited, burdened and slowed us down for so long is gradually and gently released. The experiences and adventures during the week in the Waldviertel can hardly be put into words. Each and every one of us 20 participants embarked on their own journey to themselves. Each with their own issues, their own story and at their own pace. Each for themselves - and yet we were all involved in every single story together.
Henrike is a true master of constellation work. I can't imagine how she can pick up and juggle the feelings and subconscious of 20 participants at the same time!
It was an incredible experience with an unbelievable transformation that lasted for weeks.

The Waldviertel Retreat opened the door for me to see my full inner potential and to start living it. THANK YOU

This week's retreat was a very valuable experience for me. On the one hand, I had the opportunity to get in touch with my inner self and this alone brought issues to the surface that I would otherwise not have noticed or pushed away. On the other hand, this intensive work brought up hidden and repressed experiences that I thought didn't concern me/weren't my thing/weren't my issue/had already looked at anyway etc. It was all very exciting. It was all very exciting and when I saw and accepted it myself, I was amazed at the lightness I now feel - yes, my heart can fly again :-)
It was also the case a few times that I resonated with someone else's topic, which had nothing to do with me at all. It was a sign for me that I felt connected to this person and that I was apparently a compassionate contemporary after all, when I thought my heart was concreted over.
I was also able to recognize and understand two trigger points that had haunted me since childhood. Now I no longer feel guilty about continuing on my path according to my intuition - everyone has their own path, their own responsibility and their own truth, and it doesn't necessarily have to match up with me.
This time of retreat under the competent and empathetic guidance of Henrike and her team has brought me a little closer to my own personal essence. And the journey continues. I can highly recommend it if you have already embarked on your own personal pilgrimage.

The week in the Waldviertel was magical because so many traumas, especially unconscious ones, were revealed and resolved in the group constellations. The group became a unit from which each participant could draw. Henrike guided and accompanied the constellations with her calm and patient manner and maintained her professionalism in every situation. No one was judged, but everyone was seen in their uniqueness. This week is truly not a relaxing vacation, but a transformative and healing experience that will have a long-lasting effect and give us new strength to continue on our own soul path.

Henrike is authentic and has fascinating knowledge. She inspires me again and again. I have completed the small cranio course and use it. The feedback is always incredible.

I started my Cranio5D training exactly one year ago. And when I think back, nothing is the same as it was before. I am much more fulfilled, happier, simply more myself and enjoy life more than ever before. I never imagined that work could be so easy and I'm also glad to have found my way. Every word Henrike says sends huge energetic waves. She has brought about a change in my life at the speed of light that I would never have thought possible and that my mind still doesn't understand.

I did the Cranio 5D online training with Henrike in 2019, got to know her at the retreat and then also learned heart placement. These trainings and, above all, her very caring and in-depth guidance have brought about real and lightning-fast change in me and my life. The toolbox you are given is so valuable that it always helps you in your professional and personal life, and quickly sheds light on shadow issues and brings clarity to uncertainties. A training in which you can recognize yourself as "whole", recognize your own calling and develop new potential in yourself in order to help others to do the same. Henrike accompanies everyone very personally. You feel totally seen and supported. She or someone from her dedicated team is always there if you have individual questions. The ingenious and unique thing about Henrike's courses is that you can do part of them independently via videos at your own pace. At the same time, you have a Facebook group to exchange ideas and a Zoom group in your course that meets twice a week. There are also regular weekends or days where you can practise with her live on site. You don't just learn a method, you learn to develop and show your full potential.

Henrike meets people at eye level.... has a wonderful wealth of experience and knowledge, which she shares and makes available most generously and with a lot of heart and brain ;-) and empathy.
For me, she is one of those *lighthouses* who have recognized what their task and their skills are and fulfill this task with full dedication and joy and go ahead...every day anew....with everything that is....and may come ;-) ....in abundance and joy in service ;-) Thank you!
