When I sold my city apartment, I first tried to do it on my own. I had imagined it quite differently. There was a lot of stress and people always wanted to negotiate the price down. After it all became too much for me, I turned to Mr. Teske. Suddenly everything became easy and I could sit back and relax.
Despite commission, I ended up with much more profit than trying to sell the apartment on my own. Thank you very much.
