Not only was I very well advised, but the handling of my real estate transaction was perfect.
Mr. Pöppel knows what he is doing and tries to negotiate a fair deal for both sides, buyer and seller. On top of that, it is fun to do business with such a likeable and down-to-earth partner.

Here you meet competent, appreciative and experienced people who know their trade. We were impressed by their commitment, even though the sale has not (yet) been finalized. However, this is not the fault of Immobilien- und Baumanagement Pöppel. We recommend anyone, whether buying or selling, to make use of the professional service. The men are worth every cent.

At the end of 2021, an apartment was sold through Max and Bernd Pöppel. I have a lot to do with real estate. Rarely have I experienced such a professional, friendly and top-advising brokerage firm. Very friendly family business! A few days ago we looked at a rental apartment. Mr. Pöppel was very well prepared. Before and during the apartment viewing, he was able to answer all our questions accurately. The apartment was also a gem. Therefore, we felt well taken care of. In the end, we did not take the apartment, but that had personal reasons. Thank you again and we would work with the Pöppel family again at any time.

The advice went far beyond my previous experience with brokers.
