Jan Kinzler has been my customer with his books for over three years now. Working with him couldn't be better. The books I have edited for him so far have all been very interesting. I always learn something new myself, as it should be, because the topics of his books are so wide-ranging.
The process of an order for him runs smoothly, from the placing of the order to the payment of the invoice. Should there be a query - which is rare enough - he can be reached very quickly so that we can solve small problems immediately.
