Mr. Nourai is a very precise, correct and conscientious lawyer. He supported me in my naturalization process. From the moment I received my German certificate, it only took two months for me to obtain German citizenship. His answers to the inquiries from the citizenship office were very thorough and contained all the necessary information.

German:
Mr. Nouraei was my lawyer in the process of obtaining my German passport through Erlangen City Hall. The entire process took about five months, with an additional month due to a delay outside the City Hall's jurisdiction.
I am extremely satisfied with his work. He responded to all my questions and concerns with patience, accuracy and a sense of responsibility at all stages and carefully guided the process.
Working with him was consistently positive and I can recommend him without reservation.

I had a great experience with Mr. Norai. He successfully completed my naturalization process within 3 months, although the immigration office had specified 2 years.
He also solved the problem with my language certificate (B2 → Telc required) without any problems.
Highly recommended for anyone planning their stay or naturalization in Germany!

I can recommend Mr. Nourai's law firm without reservation. Although the authorities told me that the naturalization procedure would take about two years, Mr. Nourai was able to shorten the procedure in the city of Augsburg to only six months through his legal representation. An absolute top lawyer!

Ich hatte ursprünglich eine Aufenthaltserlaubnis nach §30 ABC AufenthG (Zusammenfamilien) Leider wurde diese vom Ausländeramt wegen meiner Ausbildung in eine Aufenthaltserlaubnis nach §16a (Ausbildung) geändert. Dadurch konnte weder den deutschen Pass beantragen noch viele andere Möglichkeiten in Deutschland nutzen.
Herr Nuraei hat diese Änderung erfolgreich korrigiert und meinen ursprünglichen Aufenthaltstitel zurückgegeholt. With seiner professionalellen und genauen Unterstützung I am very happy and empfehle ihn uneingeschränkt weiter.

I applied for German citizenship (Einbürgerung) in Erlangen in October 2024. Since I wanted to expedite the process, I decided to seek legal support and asked Mr. Nourai to take over my case.

My experience with Mr. Nourai was consistently positive. I had already applied for my naturalization two years ago, but did not receive any feedback from the authorities in Hanover for a long time. I applied for naturalization in the city of Hamburg some time ago. However, after not hearing back for four months, I started looking for a lawyer to file an action for failure to act on my case. During my search, I came across Mr. Nourai, who had numerous positive reviews on the internet. After speaking with him, I decided to hire him to represent my case.
