Hello Alexander,

The training itself was conducted according to a very well-structured agenda that took into account the specific aspects of each job (Bösch)
In addition, the program did a good job of addressing colleagues’ questions and examples. It was helpful to reflect on the details of my own work using others’ examples and with guidance from knowledgeable feedback.
That’s why I really enjoyed the training. As I mentioned earlier, I didn’t feel tired a single day during the training, and that was very positive.

Hi Alex,
I really enjoyed the training and will definitely put the material into practice and incorporate it into my daily life.
What I personally didn’t like was the way you asked for permission to post our photos. I felt a bit taken by surprise, especially since the gentlemen had already mentioned that photos were being taken on the side.
In the end, I was fine with it, and I didn’t say “stop” afterward because I didn’t want to make a fuss. Still, I think the approach to asking for such permission should be clear and unambiguous—not wrapped up in jokes.

I was particularly pleased with the mix of sound theory and practical exercises. The trainer managed to create an atmosphere in which we could try out new things without inhibitions. Working on real case studies from our everyday work was especially helpful. A top trainer with a strong practical focus! The content was conveyed in a very authentic and confident manner. The direct feedback during the exercises was particularly helpful. If you are looking for training that really makes a difference in your everyday life, this is the right place for you.
