To be honest, I am rather skeptical of a recommendation to Mark and could not really imagine so much under a craniosacral therapy. But since I had been suffering from sleep disorders, restlessness and muscle tension in the jaw, neck and back area for some time and nothing had brought relief until then, I wanted to give it a try.
Markus welcomed me very nicely and we first talked extensively about my complaints and slowly discussed the causes or stressful issues in my life. Afterwards I was asked to reflect on my body with my eyes closed and describe how I perceive touch. All the stress of everyday life fell away and I was able to relax completely.
During the whole session I felt very comfortable and welcome, but I didn't really expect a positive result. However, I was completely wrong. I was able to sleep through the night, my neck tension improved significantly and my restlessness has completely disappeared.
