Making an appointment was absolutely no problem after a detailed and pleasant informational discussion. All questions were answered.

After the reparameterization, the driving behavior is much more continuous. Thanks to the new transmission software, there is less shifting and overall the gear changes are less noticeable.

All in all, a recommendation!

Making an appointment was absolutely no problem after a detailed and pleasant informational discussion. All questions were answered comprehensibly.

A rental car was even provided free of charge on site after the vehicle was handed over. Thank you for that, that's what I call service.

After the re-parameterization, the handling is much smoother, I have to shift gears less and the motorhome accelerates better from low revs.

All in all, a recommendation for all motorhome drivers, thumbs up

I have had my T5 optimized. It was very weak on the chest before. Now it drives like a different car. It is now more lively, has more torque and you can hear and feel that it is better. I am happy! The appointment was fairly quick and uncomplicated. The optimization went even faster than expected. Alex's manner was very friendly and professional. There were technical explanations and nice conversations as well as a coffee and a T-shirt, more is simply not possible and is rarely experienced👍 Simply highly recommended. I would love to come back!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Top work, clear recommendation!
I had the performance of my motorhome upgraded and am completely satisfied. The appointment was quick and uncomplicated and everything went smoothly. You can tell straight away that someone with specialist knowledge and experience is at work here - they make a very competent impression.

Since the procedure, my car runs much more smoothly, pulls better and is much more pleasant to drive overall. It's also a good fit from a human point of view: a sympathetic ear for questions, good explanations and you just feel like you're in good hands. Plus a fair price, which is absolutely right for the service provided. I would have it done again at any time.

Fast initial contact, fixed appointment availability.
The service offered is a customer matter.
We have had two vehicles done there.
Mercedes GLE 400d and Sprinter EXMO 419.
With both vehicles you can notice that something has happened in a positive sense.
The GLE has a performance curve without any break-off or delay.
In the Sprinter, it comes out beautifully from the lower revs, feels very lively, as if we had no expansion (current weight 4700kg).
A very smooth and relaxed drive or glide.
There is no hectic shifting with either vehicle.
Super service on site, everything agreed.
I can only recommend.

Thanks for the control unit repair, even if it was some time ago 😉 Runs absolutely well again, good traction in the mountains where some car drivers are surprised. Performance also requires fuel, but good consumption at constant speed 👍

A good, friendly and qualified initial consultation on the phone, followed by a prompt appointment. I was expected at the workshop, where I was once again given very good advice and explained exactly what would be done and what could be done optionally. After the conversion, we took a test drive together, I had everything explained to me again and I am simply thrilled. I have a 2019 A6 and I'm totally thrilled with the new driving experience. There's noticeably more power and torque. Above all, the gearbox finally does what it should ... and above all when it should.

Super uncomplicated, personal conversation with Alex, appointment was possible at short notice, very competent advice. Fast processing. The test drive afterwards was surprising in a positive sense, much smoother engine running and the clearly perceptible draft was quite shocking. We spent the time (installation) nicely in Warnemünde harbor, rental car was provided to us free of charge by Alex. The trip from HH was definitely worth it. So, we'd be happy to do it again, we have other vehicles in the garage.
