Thanks to Mr. Stachelhaus it worked out with the purchase of the property, if all requested documents are received by him, the rest is very fast (Tuesday evening he submitted the documents to the bank and Wednesday morning everything was through at the bank)... I can recommend him to everyone. With him you are treated very respectfully and explained in detail.

Together with Mr. Stachelhaus, we searched for a long time for a suitable property and, after a few setbacks, we found the right house. Mr. Stachelhaus patiently answered all of our questions and went far beyond the normal customer support, so that we had a competent advisor at our side at all times. I can unreservedly recommend mybaufinanzierung and especially about Mr. Stachelhaus only say that you can only wish for such an advisor for a construction financing.

Mr. Heilingbrunner informed me extensively and very competently on all questions regarding my second construction financing and handled all correspondence, including with the realtor, for me immediately. Basically, you can recommend completely everything. The accessibility, the flexibility, the expertise, and the excellent recommendations. My consultant, Mr. Heilingbrunner, was able to help me at any time and was available to give me advice and support, as well as good financing offers.
I can only recommend mybaufinanzierung 120%. Without them, my building project would have been much more difficult.
In addition, not only very good support is offered with the financing. My consultant was also able to help me extensively with questions about insurance and other topics.
