The Mealprep STARTERKIT has made our lives so much easier. We briefly think about what we want to eat next week. Meal preparation with cooking time is under 2 hours for us, and we always get faster with practice. It's simply fun to cook again, and even more fun to look in the fridge - there are so many great, delicious and healthy dishes waiting to be eaten. I love this relaxed feeling and have more time for my family and friends. I am so grateful for the Mealprep STARTERKIT and can wholeheartedly recommend this method. :-)

I bought the starter kit a few months ago. And I'm still very happy that I did.
It's not just recipes, there is a well thought out system behind it.
What I particularly like is that the recipes are very healthy and consist of a clear and normal list of ingredients. The modular system means that new dishes can be created quickly.
I am very satisfied and can highly recommend it.

Dear Nadja, you introduced me to meal prep step by step. I was particularly inspired by your lightness: "Everything is allowed, nothing is a must". But you also helped my head, which needs a lot of knowledge, with your course. What is important, what should I pay attention to and I can read and look up everything when I need it. Impressive: in 90 minutes you have prepared good, tasty and balanced meals for the week. Nadja's course is a great gift for more time in our stressful everyday lives! THANK YOU for your WORK!

Hi Nadja, I am very glad that I treated myself to the starter kit back then. Since then I've been cooking much more intuitively and no longer strictly according to recipes, which makes cooking much easier. It's such a relief to have healthy food to hand. I don't always manage to cook ahead, but I do it more and more often because I realize how great and liberating it is. Thank you Nadja, keep up the good work 😍

I find the information Nadja provides totally valuable. I was able to take a lot from the starter kit and it has made my everyday life easier. The money spent on the course is absolutely money well spent, the time saved is enormous and the biggest advantage is that the kitchen doesn't have to be cleaned as often ;-)

The idea is simply brilliant!
Cooking several different and naturally healthy meals in a short space of time.
The ingredients in the modular system are easy to vary.
Not just according to taste and season!
I also regularly include my "old" favorite recipes in my weekly plan. No problem at all.
You just have to rethink, but then anything is possible.
Everyday life is more relaxed and you can always refer your children to the full fridge.
This is particularly valuable with teenagers :-).

The Mealprep STARTERKIT is highly recommended. In just 1.5 hours, I have cooked for the whole week. The food is delicious and healthy, but the best thing of all is the feeling you get home with every day or that you have at lunchtime at work: That relief of not having to worry about what you're eating today. It's an indescribable feeling that I wouldn't want to do without! You get a bit addicted to it ;)

I wasn't necessarily looking for a course to make my everyday life easier, but I'm really pleased that I tried it out afterwards. It has already made a big difference to my everyday life. I've easily cooked for 3/4 days in advance and can sit back and relax. From Sunday to Wednesday, the kitchen is quiet and there are no questions about food. My husband has his meal every day after work and I have more time for the children in the afternoon. Nadja Blattner has created a very successful concept and I admire her commitment for all women/men to invest more time in themselves. Thank you very much for that.

We've long had the problem that we don't cook enough during the week and so we ordered far too much food. I had already subscribed to many meal prep channels on Instagram, but they didn't really change the situation. Then I came across Nadja and the starter kit, which we bought because of the system behind it. We had a lot of recipes because we generally like to cook, but we lacked a procedure or system for approaching meal prep in everyday life. Nadja's starter kit has therefore given us a lot of helpful input and also the impetus to prepare most of our meals ourselves and is therefore a great help and relief in everyday life. Since our first Mealprep session, we have cooked together every Saturday without interruption and therefore always have healthy food throughout the week. We are very happy with our new routine! Thank you so much Nadja! I can only recommend it to anyone who is still struggling with pre-cooking.

I love the simple, varied, healthy and delicious recipes. For Nadja's recipes I need exotic ingredients. Everything is available in the normal supermarket. The recipes are easy to understand and quick to prepare. The investment was definitely worth it.

I got the starter kit and took my time to familiarize myself with the concept and the procedure. It's great that there are also videos to cook along to - luckily you can pause them if things get too fast at the beginning 😉 I quickly changed things up afterwards and it has totally relaxed our everyday life ever since. I've already infected my colleagues and the fridge in the office is full of home-cooked food in the morning 😁

I was skeptical at first because I've tried Mealprep before. But the course surprised me in a positive way. I got the perfect kit for me, so Mealprep is working better and better for me now. I've already recommended the course to a few friends and acquaintances because I think it takes all the stress out of the whole food issue.

The Mealsprep starter kit is very clearly designed. It is easy to implement the contents in everyday life. The recipes are delicious and there are lots of ideas on how recipes can be modified again and again. This brings variety into the kitchen.
