Nadja is a very competent and empathetic coach.
She has a great deal of specialist knowledge and, more importantly, she responds to you as a person.
She is 100% with you in every contact, every call, she is reliable, can listen very well and accompanies you with all her knowledge and gives impulses to develop further on your own.
For me, the topic of "food" is very emotional and I was "ashamed" of some things in my diet or simply didn't know a way out of the sugar trap. But with her I was always able to open up and learn to understand my body and, more importantly, my soul.
She showed me how important and helpful the right mind set is for a healthy diet and gave me valuable "tools" and impulses that helped me to change my habits, but without pressure or prohibitions on her part.
She is so good at putting herself in people's shoes and always has the right words and ideas, gives you impulses to see things from different angles and helps you to help yourself.
She doesn't just impose her nutrition program on you or talk down to you, she accompanies you individually and helps you to become the best version of yourself.
Once you have uncovered your habits, a healthy diet happens almost automatically, you change your attitude to food, eat more mindfully, shop more attentively and enjoy preparing food more.
In a short space of time I have learned so much about healthy eating, the nutritional mind set, food origin/preparation/content and have integrated her delicious recipes, which are quick and easy to prepare, into my everyday life.
In the meantime, preparing good food has become important to me and other things, such as housework, tend to fall by the wayside, but cooking a good meal that keeps me full and healthy for a long time is something I no longer want to do without. And Nadja has accompanied me in this process.
I was a real sweet junkie and sometimes only ate sweets.
Surprisingly, especially at the beginning, many conversations were characterized by his own nutritional history, the attitude towards food and less the food itself, I never thought that these conversations could be such eye-openers and game changers.
It's not just about nutritional advice/change, it's about so much more than that, there's so much more behind it if you don't manage to eat healthily, and Nadja supports you on this journey to find and break through your motives and thought patterns that prevent you from taking good care of yourself with all her know-how and her heart.
You can tell how passionate Nadja is about her topic, her statements, her podcast series, recipes, the workbook and course content are all very well elaborated, understandable and formulated in a pictorial language, well thought out and have an absolute added value.
