Phalanx GmbH was founded in January 2010 as a spin-off from a management consulting firm. Our consulting work identified many opportunities for our clients. Consequently, the current owner, Christian Neusser, purchased all shares of Phalanx GmbH in 2013 to realize his vision of holistic consulting. At the heart of the company is a holistic approach that goes far beyond traditional consulting. Thus, Phalanx not only offers concepts and solutions but also provides support for the complete implementation and financing of business ventures. In the process, the following guiding principle emerged for the founder: Secure values. Finance growth. Establish foresight.
Today, we advise corporate groups, owner-managed companies, banks, insurance companies, and the public sector.
