In my mid-50s and after a few injuries, I had the desire to become more professional in my core sports of cycling, hiking and skiing. To do this, I wanted to bring athletic routine into my daily life, improve my fitness, and gain momentum for muscle development, flexibility, and my coordination skills.
While I am basically athletic, I am also comfortable and have a hard time getting over myself. Therefore, my basic fitness level before the training was rather low.
I've noticed progress on two levels: first, I've integrated the workout into my daily routine as a daily routine, and second, I've noticed significant improvements in my coordination and conditioning skills.
The gentle pressure has done me good to simply have to do something myself in order to be able to achieve the specified training goals. This has also spurred my ambition! The training methods used for this and their implementation with videos, online group training combined with personal training sessions were demanding, but have significantly improved my physical fitness. I also found the training very enjoyable due to Philipp's positive motivational guidance.
