Diversity, professionalism, and a lot of joy in movement and in moving others - I think that is very important to Philipp Troschl.
At the beginning of February 2023, I had a personal training trial session with Philipp. First, we talked about my athletic interests and personal goals. Then Philipp performed a Functional Movement Screen to test my mobility and stability and to identify potential injury risks in good time.
After that, it was down to business: we trained together for 30 minutes. Philipp not only demonstrated and explained the exercises, but also always joined in, which was very helpful and motivating for me. The training was a super challenge that wasn't short on fun!
A big advantage is that I can do all the exercises at home without much effort.
I will definitely stay on the ball. 10 minutes of training, 3 times a week - that must be manageable. I am already looking forward to my personal progress and can highly recommend Philipp Troschl as a personal coach.
