Unfortunately, I had the experience that the desired provider registration dragged on for months. I did get an answer from ProFit to my inquiry emails, but in such a way that I was left completely in the dark about the actual processes. I could not understand why everything took so extremely long and who was to blame - the provider or ProFit. That's why I had a dispute with you and with the provider of my choice, even though everything is supposed to run so smoothly according to your advertising. When I inquired, I did not get the impression that my concerns were being dealt with personally and that direct contact was being made with the desired provider, but rather that the answer was always just empty phrases such as "It is helpful if you contact your desired provider again yourself...". But I did that all the time!
The provider told me that ProFit had not responded, you told me that you had not heard anything from the provider.... How can something like this be? This has to get better, otherwise you can't recommend ProFit! By the way, I then received no response to further mails.
