I have used the firm in an insurance matter and can only say good things about the handling, competence and care. What I liked very much is the digital handling of all correspondences, which would have meant a lot of time and traffic. (office visits, conversations and mail exchange).
I was prepared for a long process and was more than surprised that after two months the insurance company agreed to our claims.

I thank you for the very good review. The fight with the justice led to a very good end. And because the driver's license was wrongfully revoked for 10 months, I will now enforce damages for you. The accusation of prohibited motor vehicle racing according to § 315d StGB weighs heavily and has considerable consequences. All the nicer that we were able to convince the court together.

I have come to know Mr. Schutte as a lawyer who reassures his clients, educates them and thus takes away their fear. He has a very good moral compass of his own and this was felt in his recommendations during the course of the trial. He surprised us with his fighting spirit and arguments against a preconceived opinion of a judge and turned the verdict in our favor. With our experience, we have never had such a lawyer who took our sense of justice and wishes so seriously and demanded them. Yes, we won with him and were acquitted, but even with a different judicial decision we would have been satisfied with the representation. We are of the opinion that he gave everything in our case, we did not expect more and that is what we got. Thank you.

We had a hearing at the Erfurt District Court for an administrative offense. Mr. Schutte came from Berlin to represent us. The judge wanted to find us guilty until the end, but Mr. Schutte fought for us until the end and brought very good arguments. Then, in the end, we were acquitted. I thank Mr. Schutte and can only recommend him.
