Mr. Luh understands his clients' wishes and does an excellent job of incorporating them into his travel suggestions. We’ve traveled with him twice now and have always stayed at great hotels and had well-coordinated travel connections at convenient times. His suggestions regarding check-in, allowing enough time for security screening, and his other recommendations were very helpful and drastically reduced our stress levels at the airport. Thank you so much for the wonderful memories!

You couldn't ask for better or more comprehensive customer service ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Even while he was on vacation himself, Mr. Luh took care of a problem that came up and solved it! He’s always available, always friendly, helpful, and full of ideas. For me, no other travel agency will do. Thank you so much, Mr. Luh!!!!

Mr. Luh was a great help in planning our honeymoon. We wanted to spend a few days in Vienna before and after our trip on the Viva Cruise. He took care of our train tickets with DB, found a lovely hotel in Vienna, and also pointed out some small details to keep in mind when traveling on a river cruise ship.
He was there for us when we had problems on board and contacted the hotel manager to ensure we had a German-speaking guide for our excursions.
Mr. Luh was always available whenever we had questions.
My husband and I highly recommend this travel agency and its consultant, Mr. Michael Luh.

Mr. Luh gave us detailed advice on the advantages and disadvantages of our ideas. As always, he responded wonderfully to our individual ideas and didn't try to sell us anything. We have been booking with him for six years now and will continue to do so.
