Sorglos24 took care of the renovation of our house competently, comprehensively and humanely. A great support and reliable partner!

The property management of our apartment building in Vienna (16 condominiums) hired Sorglos 24 after the terrace of the apartment above me started leaking. I didn't know the company beforehand, but I can now say with hindsight that they are a great company. They took the initiative and actively took care of everything. All the employees I have had contact with on the phone or met on site are extremely friendly, committed and competent. You get the feeling that they enjoy their job. When the terrace was still damaged, they reacted extremely quickly after the weather forecast predicted rain and came immediately to carry out makeshift measures.

My new mamma tile floor has turned out incredibly beautiful 😀 and I would never have believed that you can make such beautiful interfaces with marbling that I will be happy to see such a beautiful and professional job for a very long time 😀 I also feel the same way with the freshly installed bathroom wall tiles 😀
Because I was forced to do this renovation due to the leaky old drainpipes, I was very overwhelmed and desperate at first. I am all the more grateful that I came across the company Sorglos 24 and that they gave me really competent advice and that my wishes and changes were taken into account and translated.
In addition, the work was carried out with the utmost care and, which is not a matter of course, with consideration for my neighbors => I found it very nice that I was asked whether the loud work with the Flex should take place in my apartment because of the noise in the apartment or because of the dust in the hallway... 😀
I was also very pleased that the old tiles, which were still whole, were used first, so I have the new ones in reserve for emergencies...😀
I'm also grateful that I didn't have to get the floor tiles myself... Even if this is perhaps so common, it is a great help 😀
And my sticker from the chimney sweep on the boiler flue had come loose and was kindly stuck back on very firmly, which was also a big problem for me at the moment (dizziness and ladder = not good) :-😀

After the inspection, the company has joined with my insurance and it was immediately given a release to after a few days, the defect was professionally and cleanly repaired.
