High benefit for my activity, well explained with examples, practical content and no superficial contributions. Small number of participants and personal approach. Overall successful. The only drawback is the lack of personal presence, since everything is now only offered online and thus the personal exchange is also missing.

Personally, it's easier for me to concentrate fully on the content in a face-to-face seminar than in an online seminar. Here, however, the involvement on the part of the speaker was very good, who achieved a very high level of attention with his methodology.
The organization of appointments, cancellations, unjustified reminders about seminar fees and missing reminders can definitely be optimized.
I find the tool box in particular very valuable.
