I now have dual private health insurance and pay for two health insurance policies thanks to Stefan Vogel. Of course, Mr. Vogel neither answers emails nor does he ever pick up the phone. Absolutely unacceptable! He had the time to sell and was available and now no response for weeks.

Since taking out private health insurance, Mr. Vogel is no longer available.
Before I took out the policy, he was able to contact me immediately by WhatsApp, e-mail and telephone without any waiting times. Now the PKV is even alleging untrue statements in the health questions. Mr. Vogel can neither be reached by email nor by phone. This has nothing to do with support and seriousness. This is absolutely unacceptable.

Mr. Vogel has since contacted me and is now dealing with the matter.

Among other things, I have taken out health insurance. I have had queries about another insurance policy, but Mr. Vogel has not responded to any of my contacts. I was simply ignored both by telephone and by e-mail. This behavior is absolutely unacceptable! Definitely not to be recommended!

In particular, Mr. Vogel sells what makes sense and does not push insurance or services that do not (yet) make sense.
