Although I was quite skeptical at first, because I was not familiar with TikinWolle, I made contact via WhatsApp and was very pleasantly surprised, because the advice and processing was competent and straightforward. The repair of the hole in my cardigan was done very professionally and quickly, I can not even see where the hole was. Am thrilled and will definitely use the service again if needed.

Super instructions on what to do, additionally discovered a little hole more, not charged extra 👍many thanks! The sweaters still received a spa treatment at the expense of the house... Super service, always available for queries! I can only recommend to anyone who wants to save his woolens!!! Everything looks as if nothing had ever been!🥰 am totally satisfied! We are thrilled! My husband was able to put on the blue sweater today directly to the office (!!) - so fine are the artificial stuffing! You can only feel them, rudimentary. There were several moth holes in the chest and waist area, where you would see them immediately. One hole was still in the armpit - you can't see it at all, it was at the seam. In addition, our sweater, which had become too small due to incorrect washing, could be pulled back into the correct size (the same as the other two sweaters sent along) - because the fibers were not matted. We have asked in advance whether this is possible at all, and there came the hint that a felted-not-felted check must take place - we have then, as discussed, sent the sweater along. Now we have 3 more sweaters! Thank you! The communication is very technical, professional, fast, just brilliant!

I can highly recommend TikinWolle! The result of the repair can really be seen. My sweater had damage to both the sleeve and neckline, so I was already afraid that it is no longer salvageable. Now there is really nothing more to see of the damage and my sweater looks like new after the free "care cure", which I also received :-) thank you very much for this! In addition, the contact was easy and uncomplicated. The repair was carried out promptly, the process and the costs incurred were communicated transparently at all times. A really great and sustainable service!
