We ordered a new leasing vehicle from Toelke & Fischer.
We already knew the salesman, Mr. Yavuz, from another dealership.
As we had already been very well looked after by Mr. Yavuz there for several leased vehicles, we decided to switch to the Toelke & Fischer dealership.
Mr. Yavuz looked after us very well right from the start and we were able to take delivery of our car after a very detailed briefing on all the functions.
All the questions we had during the process were always answered by Mr. Yavuz in detail and to our complete satisfaction, especially for us as laymen.
We would therefore recommend Autohaus Toelke & Fischer and Mr. Yavuz in particular without reservation.

I went to see the Scoda Kamiq (used, not yet a year old) at the SKODA ZENTRUM KREFELD at the end of June and declared it my dream car. The car had everything I wanted from my NEW car. Mr. Tobias Lammers gave me very good advice right from the start and also arranged a test drive. Then everything went according to plan: purchase contract, payment, registration and finally collection of my Skoda Kamiq. I have now been driving it for a while and am extremely satisfied. Thank you very much!

I drove unannounced to your Volvo Service with the request to carry out a short check (fluids) before a longer journey with a trailer (4000 km). It turned out that the rear brakes were no longer sufficient. I was offered the opportunity to have them changed within the next 1.5 hours. I would like to thank Mr. Krieger in particular for this unbureaucratic help at short notice and for making this possible!

Mr. Riller was the kind of service I expect. Unfortunately, he is an exception next to the receptionist. By chance I came to Audi with a
VW to Audi for service. VW is unfortunately in the way you greet customers etc. at Max 1 star. Workshop staff ok but long-winded. Quite different at Audi, even though it's 'only (!) a VW. Now I'm looking forward to my next visit to the workshop. Thank you.

Bought a Ford Fiesta in 2018. Advice, purchase processing, service simply top. Even multiple maintenance appointments always top class in execution, especially communication and service when bringing and picking up the vehicle. There's nothing to complain about.

When we bought a VW Transporter 6.1, Mr. Vitalij Kokumov accompanied us as a sales consultant.
From the first meeting to the handover of the vehicle, Mr. Vitalij Kokumov impressed us with his open and honest communication, fair advice and comprehensive service.
We always had the impression that customer satisfaction was more important to him than a quick deal. In particular, the detailed, patient and also for technical laymen understandable advice and to be available for us at any time via his cell phone in case of problems.
We recommend the Tölke&Fischer company and Mr. Vitalij Kokumov in particular without reservation.

Advice and the entire service when buying a new car VW Golf was absolutely TOP. Very competent, very friendly and always quick information on the current status. Sales talk with valuable advice on equipment, test drive offered uncomplicated and when handing over the vehicle took a lot of time to explain everything in detail. Clear recommendation.

We picked up our new Skoda Karoq last week and are very happy with it.
Mr. Domink Leinhos accompanied the sale from initial contact to vehicle delivery in a very friendly, competent and reliable manner. Inquiries by e-mail or phone were answered comprehensively and promptly, extra requests were considered professionally. The very good instruction of the new vehicle is also worth mentioning.
