Hatten durch Feuchtigkeit Schimmel am Dachstuhl. Firma Gruhl hat in rund 2 Tagen erringt Klose Ergebnis erzielt,

Falls wir nochmal was haben, was ich nicht hoffe, wissen wir wen wir anrufen können. Nur zu empfehlen !

Der nasse Heizungskeller war tatsächlich vor Weihnachten wieder trocken. Gefallen hat mir: Schnelle Reaktion trotz Corona. Nachvollziehbare Ursachenanalyse und Schadenprüfung in weiteren Räumen. Gründliche Abschlussprüfung. Sorgfältiges Verschließen der Bohrlöcher mit Ersatzkacheln (nicht mehr zu erkennen). Ich habe viel gelernt über mein Haus.

Nach einem Wasserrohrbruch in unserem Haus, stand leider der Keller unter Wasser und musste komplett geräumt, getrocknet und saniert werden. Von einer Kollegin wurde mir die Firma Gruhl wärmstens empfohlen.

Bereits nach dem ersten Anruf war ich überzeugt. Herr Gruhl hat es mit seiner empathischen Art geschafft mich in meiner „Panik“ zu beruhigen und anschließend gab es sehr schnelle, kompetente und qualitativ hochwertige Hilfe mit unvergleichlich viel Freundlichkeit des Team Gruhl.

Man hofft zwar, dass man nicht noch einmal von einem Wasserschaden betroffen ist aber falls doch - ich würde definitiv wieder das Team Gruhl als Experten hinzuziehen.
