It was my third seminar with Wege zum Sein. Each seminar took place at a different location and the choice of locations alone speaks for this provider. In their own way, all the locations have a good, warm atmosphere, so that you like to linger there and let the content sink in outside the seminar hours in peace and undisturbed.
About the seminar itself.
In his usual way, Thomas manages to guide the participants through the seminar content, meeting everyone where they are and creating a space in which everyone feels safe and can open up. Each participant is treated with respect and can act within the scope of their individual capabilities. There is no subtle pressure to communicate, for example (as I have experienced at other seminars). As a result, everyone can and is allowed to contribute to the seminar in their own way and a harmonious group atmosphere is created.
The seminar is well structured and I find the distribution between the practice sessions and the free time to be optimally balanced. The content is well-founded, a good mix between 'theory', practice time and joint reflection in the group.
Personally, I recommend attending the IFS meditation week seminar before this seminar if possible. The seminars are independent of each other and do not build on each other, but this seminar allows you to deepen the IFS seminar significantly and also discover further nuances and perspectives due to the connection with MSC. At least that's how it was for me.
In my view and experience, everyone gains a bit of quality of life and inner freedom by taking part in a seminar from Wege zum Sein. The high number of participants who had previously attended other seminars proves that others feel the same way.
Finally, I would like to take this opportunity to thank Thomas for this seminar and also recommend the seminars that Florian leads without reservation.

Thank you for your honest feedback and for sharing your experience with us.
We will take note of the comment about the volume and intelligibility of the seminar leader's voice and check how we can ensure greater clarity here in future.
The desire for more exchange after breaking the silence is very individual. Our experience is that many participants initially have no need to talk after the seminar and consciously take the silence into their everyday lives. At the same time, your feedback shows that needs vary. We keep these differences in mind and consider how we can deal with them more consciously in future.
The fact that you were only able to really settle in after a few days is an experience that we know well. That is why we are also planning longer formats such as a 10-day retreat. At the same time, we find that shorter formats, such as a weekend silent retreat, are also suitable and sufficient for many participants. How deeply and how quickly a process unfolds is very individual.
Thank you for your feedback. It helps us to continue to design our retreats in a conscious and differentiated way.
Kind regards
