Weltkind Philosophische Praxis

I came to Tina because I felt like I was stuck in certain areas of my life. I wanted to grow, but I realized that I couldn’t really make progress on my own when it came to some recurring issues.

Over the three months we worked together, Tina helped me look more closely, recognize old patterns and connections, give my emotions space, and find new paths for myself. I was able to shed some old “protective armor,” and today I feel much more at ease in my body and with myself.

Through Tina, I’ve come to understand on a new level what self-love means to me: recognizing my needs, trusting my inner voice, letting go, and taking responsibility for myself—without having to be responsible for everything and everyone. Today I feel more lightness, trust, and connection with myself, and I’m becoming increasingly confident in letting my own light shine.

A very special moment was the breathwork session, during which I was able to experience once again what deep inner peace feels like.

Thank you, Tina, for this intense, valuable time and your empathetic guidance!

I wholeheartedly recommend Philosophical Practice—for free spirits, anyone who wants to become one, and people searching for meaning and themselves. Tina is absolutely fantastic at asking the right questions and providing insights that truly make a difference. With her encouraging and empathetic manner, she helps you challenge old patterns and discover new perspectives. It’s not just about getting back on track, but about honestly exploring which path in life is right for you. A valuable experience that’s good for you on every level. Thank you!

Everyone should experience a retreat like this at least once! Words can’t do it justice—you have to experience it for yourself! Tina runs it not only with great professionalism but also with authenticity and a lot of ❤️! The themes of self-love, self-care, and personal responsibility are relevant to everyone. In a small group setting, Tina knows how to convey just how important it is for each of us to take care of ourselves.Through workshops and wonderful conversations, you can easily identify what applies to you personally. There are many new insights and “aha” moments. All open questions are answered thoroughly. There’s also a great workbook to take home to put your new insights into practice. For me personally, it was a wonderful break with many new experiences—thank you so much ❤️

I attended the "Love Yourself" retreat, and beforehand I thought, "This sounds too good to be true..."
The content and the reviews perfectly matched my thoughts, concerns, and desires. The desire to finally find myself and to be able to shape MY life happily. I was always there for everyone else and completely unaware of myself.
Despite my really intense anxiety (I’ve never spent a few days on my own without my husband or family—my kids are just becoming adults!), I’m so glad I signed up!
I don’t have the words to properly describe the many wonderful experiences, special moments, and conversations with Tina, Sandra, and the other participants.
I’ve finally taken action—for myself!
I also took home so many practical exercises, tips, and explanations/notes that provide valuable support now that I’m back home (I’ve always been looking for something like this)!
The surroundings and accommodations perfectly round out these truly special days.
I am infinitely grateful to you all!

I am so grateful that I chose to spend these retreat days with Tina and Sandra. It was a wonderful space where I was able to learn so much about self-love, self-care, and how to apply these tools in my daily life. Feeling nourished, inspired, and motivated, I am now ready to put these insights into practice in my everyday life.
With all my heart, lots of love! Bernadette

I highly recommend Tina and Sandra. Through breathwork, I overcame my seven-year-long anxiety disorder and let go of things that had been weighing heavily on me. Tina’s personal guidance and that incredible feeling of being understood were truly unique! If anyone wants to change their life for the better, they should definitely do a retreat with Tina and Sandra! And I, too, would like to thank you both from the bottom of my heart—warmest regards from Styria ❤️

Tina is incredibly empathetic. I highly recommend her 🥰

I met Tina during her Self-Love Retreat—one of the best decisions of my life. There, I discovered a deep connection to meditation, Yin Yoga, and breathwork, from which I continue to benefit to this day.
Even after that, I’ve worked with Tina time and again in various settings. During a particularly difficult phase of my life, I reached out to her again. She provided me with incredible support during that time and helped me break free from a narcissistic relationship.
I owe Tina a great deal: through her, I’ve learned to recognize and clearly set my own boundaries, to acknowledge my needs and stand up for them—and, above all, to strengthen my self-love in a lasting way.

Tina has accompanied me through a very difficult phase in my life over the past few months. She has not only supported me emotionally, she has also helped me to step out of my comfort zone and grow beyond myself. In painful moments, she has helped me to see the positive in situations and to strengthen my love for myself. Thank you for your inspiration, your time, and your support!

It's been quite a while since I had coaching with Tina. At the time, I knew that I thought she was cool and enjoyed talking to her, but today I can really see what the coaching has achieved. Tina helped me learn to set boundaries and to take care of myself in an honest and loving way. During our sessions, she was very good at empathizing with the situation at hand and responding to my needs.
It's as if we sowed a seed together—today, that investment in myself is truly bearing fruit. She is an inspiring woman who will surely help many other free spirits. Thank you, dear Tina.

Very special days to arrive at yourself, to feel yourself in your authenticity, to find and strengthen your visions, many practices to realize this, all in a loving and appreciative framework that invites and allows new perspectives - essential and so supportive to feel free and alive and to go happily into a new time.

Tina is an incredibly friendly and warm person. You can feel that she is passionate about her work. A conversation with her brightens your day and her joie de vivre is infectious. Her work is infinitely valuable and I would definitely recommend her. Thank you for these wonderful conversations!

I've been taking part in Tina's philosophical reading circles regularly for about a year and a half now - and they've become a regular part of my life that I really appreciate and look forward to every two weeks.

Tina's varied book suggestions have already introduced me to some exciting works that I probably wouldn't have come across otherwise. I find the conversations with Tina and the other participants very enriching and they encourage reflection - even beyond the reading circle. Not an appointment goes by without me taking away new, fresh perspectives (and questions) that I hadn't considered before.

Tina leads the reading circle in a very sensitive and open way. She creates the space (and freedom) to philosophize together and to express one's own thoughts - and to approach them, not least through her wonderful ability as an attentive and good listener. Time and again, she introduces specific, intelligent questions, but without disturbing the flow of joint reflection or taking away any of the aforementioned freedom.

Even as someone who had hardly had any contact with philosophy before the reading circle, I immediately felt welcome. You are encouraged in a curious way to discover and express your thoughts and to enter into an exchange with others. My initial worry about possibly saying something "wrong" or "stupid" was immediately dispelled; instead, the joy of philosophizing, listening and discussing grew and clearly came to the fore!

Thank you, Tina, and my fullest recommendation!

It's now been a month since the retreat with Tina and it still has such a lasting effect!
Tina has created a cozy safe space that has improved my view of myself, life and the world, allowing me to feel (again) and reflect on what is good for me and what I actually already know. I can now go through life with serenity, confidence and ease, feeling free and self-determined.
The retreat was exhausting and relaxing at the same time, Tina's input was varied but not overwhelming, the program was complete and the background music was harmonious.
You can learn so much from Tina, she makes philosophy accessible, shares personal experience and sets an authentic and consistent example.
The duration (5 days) and price of the retreat made me hesitate for a long time, but now I am so grateful to have made the decision. The retreat itself has already done so much, and Tina's aftercare will do the rest.

I can only recommend the LY retreat. Since then, I see everything much more from the perspective of love, or rather I approach everything with much more love than before, no matter how small the details. And that is such a wonderful feeling! It catapults me directly into a joy of life in every moment, and gives me an extra portion of motivation for everything I want to do and plan to do in the near future, and I am simply happy!
Tina does this brilliantly; she is competent, open-hearted and so caring and knows how to ask the right questions that allow you to see completely different or new points of view and perspectives. The workbook is also simply mega, and the best companion for everyday life! I am very grateful to Tina and Sarah for this experience 🥰

If someone had told me beforehand how much easier, more carefree and more fulfilling life could be, I probably wouldn't have believed it. I am all the more overwhelmed and grateful for the joint "work" with you and your phenomenal coaching support. I can finally say that I have found a home within myself, that I love myself more than anything and that I have regained confidence in life and in myself. Even though my life before was already seemingly more than fulfilling for me, I can now experience a completely different quality of life and can be true to myself with all my heart and stand by myself. 1000 thanks to you for all the skills you were able to show me, your constant support, your solution to all my "problems" and concerns, your heartfelt human nature and the everlasting understanding for all my emotional situations, which you showed me how to deal with very easily. Long story short - thank you for you, dear Tina, and for taking my life to the next level! An absolute recommendation from the bottom of my heart.

I came across the reading circle with Tina by chance - and I love it! ❤️ The discussions are inspiring and cover all kinds of topics: from social issues such as optimal policies to how we can actively integrate philosophy into our lives (and working lives). The selected books broaden horizons and stimulate reflection. The exchange is respectful and authentic. Thank you, Tina, for creating this valuable space in which we can grow and heal! 🙏✨

I am so very grateful for working with Tina! Her approach is totally personalized, open and warm. She gives you exactly what you need at that moment. It seemed to me that she has an incredible reservoir of philosophical wisdom, which she uses very selectively. Without following a rigid framework, I was asked the right questions to engage in healthy self-reflection. I was able to look at many of my beliefs from a different perspective, which was essential in order to be able to rewrite them. For so many months, Tina has been an invaluable guide, helping me to make wise and loving decisions during more challenging times. Apart from letting go of old baggage, she has helped me to look towards my dreams with more self-love and confidence, to look at the world differently and to stop holding myself back. I am incredibly happy to have found Tina's philosophical practice! :)

I can highly recommend the collaboration. Since I have done the extensive work with her, I have discarded or rethought some beliefs. Beliefs like: I'm not good enough. I'm always worse off than the others anyway. I am not loved. ... accompanied me every day. Tina had the best methods, practices and other beliefs at hand, which I still use today. Many new positive beliefs are now my daily companions.
In addition, I have successfully shed some of my external beliefs and am no longer so easily influenced by other opinions. I should also mention that Tina is the best listener, no matter how embarrassing it is. I liked being able to be so honest - Tina always knew how to rethink and take the positive view.

Tina has opened up a new world for me that I didn't even know existed! In the course of our collaboration, I have grown enormously and learned an incredible amount - and all this through the inspiring and enriching exchange with Tina 💞. Her manner is so warm, and after our conversations I was always completely energized 😇. It was one of the best decisions I have ever made. Thank you dear Tina! 😍💫
