Everyone should experience a retreat like this at least once! Words can’t do it justice—you have to experience it for yourself! Tina runs it not only with great professionalism but also with authenticity and a lot of ❤️! The themes of self-love, self-care, and personal responsibility are relevant to everyone. In a small group setting, Tina knows how to convey just how important it is for each of us to take care of ourselves.Through workshops and wonderful conversations, you can easily identify what applies to you personally. There are many new insights and “aha” moments. All open questions are answered thoroughly. There’s also a great workbook to take home to put your new insights into practice. For me personally, it was a wonderful break with many new experiences—thank you so much ❤️

The content and the reviews perfectly matched my thoughts, concerns, and desires. The desire to finally find myself and to be able to shape MY life happily. I was always there for everyone else and completely unaware of myself.

I've been taking part in Tina's philosophical reading circles regularly for about a year and a half now - and they've become a regular part of my life that I really appreciate and look forward to every two weeks.

Tina's varied book suggestions have already introduced me to some exciting works that I probably wouldn't have come across otherwise. I find the conversations with Tina and the other participants very enriching and they encourage reflection - even beyond the reading circle. Not an appointment goes by without me taking away new, fresh perspectives (and questions) that I hadn't considered before.

Tina leads the reading circle in a very sensitive and open way. She creates the space (and freedom) to philosophize together and to express one's own thoughts - and to approach them, not least through her wonderful ability as an attentive and good listener. Time and again, she introduces specific, intelligent questions, but without disturbing the flow of joint reflection or taking away any of the aforementioned freedom.

Even as someone who had hardly had any contact with philosophy before the reading circle, I immediately felt welcome. You are encouraged in a curious way to discover and express your thoughts and to enter into an exchange with others. My initial worry about possibly saying something "wrong" or "stupid" was immediately dispelled; instead, the joy of philosophizing, listening and discussing grew and clearly came to the fore!

It's now been a month since the retreat with Tina and it still has such a lasting effect!
Tina has created a cozy safe space that has improved my view of myself, life and the world, allowing me to feel (again) and reflect on what is good for me and what I actually already know. I can now go through life with serenity, confidence and ease, feeling free and self-determined.
The retreat was exhausting and relaxing at the same time, Tina's input was varied but not overwhelming, the program was complete and the background music was harmonious.
You can learn so much from Tina, she makes philosophy accessible, shares personal experience and sets an authentic and consistent example.
The duration (5 days) and price of the retreat made me hesitate for a long time, but now I am so grateful to have made the decision. The retreat itself has already done so much, and Tina's aftercare will do the rest.

I can only recommend the LY retreat. I am so very grateful for working with Tina! Her approach is totally personalized, open and warm. She gives you exactly what you need at that moment. It seemed to me that she has an incredible reservoir of philosophical wisdom, which she uses very selectively. Without following a rigid framework, I was asked the right questions to engage in healthy self-reflection. I can highly recommend the collaboration. Since I have done the extensive work with her, I have discarded or rethought some beliefs. Beliefs like: I'm not good enough. I'm always worse off than the others anyway. I am not loved. ... accompanied me every day. Tina had the best methods, practices and other beliefs at hand, which I still use today. Many new positive beliefs are now my daily companions.
In addition, I have successfully shed some of my external beliefs and am no longer so easily influenced by other opinions. I should also mention that Tina is the best listener, no matter how embarrassing it is. I liked being able to be so honest - Tina always knew how to rethink and take the positive view.

I came across Tina's "Love Yourself"retreat by chance on the Internet and thought to myself "You can never have enough self-love, I'll treat myself to it". And I have to say, I was not disappointed, quite the opposite!
Tina impressed me right from the start with her open, warm and friendly manner. You can tell that she is passionate about what she does and she is good at motivating people and getting them to go out of themselves.
The retreat itself was very varied, with yoga sessions, meditation and breathwork sessions in between the individual workshops. Everything was voluntary, so if you didn't want to take part, that was fine.
I was particularly impressed by the breathwork sessions. I would never have thought before that it is possible to penetrate deep into the subconscious and bring one or two repressed feelings to the surface through guided "breathing exercises" and the appropriate setting.
The hotel was also a dream, beautifully situated in the countryside, great wellness area and delicious food.
I can recommend the retreat and the work with Tina to anyone who wants to do something good for themselves, invest in their health and well-being and learn more about themselves!

I got to know Tina during her Self Love Retreat, which I discovered on her website. Taking part in the retreat was one of the best decisions I have ever made in my life. It was a wonderful experience, I was able to let go completely and in those few days I gained insights that have changed my life forever.
