Die 3 Sterne Bewertung basiert auf der Annahme, dass in diesem Fall nur Angebote als Vermittler gemacht und keine Finanzberatung. Der Kunde wurde von mir gefragt, warum er denn dann, wenn meine Tätigkeit so gering geschätzt worden ist, überhaupt über mich investiert habe. Die Rückmeldung war, dass der Kunde sich wohl etwa zeitgleich von einem "Strukturvertrieb" im Versicherungsbereich zusätzlich beraten ließ. Ich aber mache keine Versicherungsberatung, sondern vermittle fast ausschließlich Kapitalanlagen - ohne Prüfung ob bestehende Versicherungen oder Kapitalanlagen aktuell auf der Höhe der Zeit sind. Ich wurde dazu auch nicht angefragt. Es ging ausschließlich um Investments nit attraktiver Rendite für einen vorher definierten Betrag und eine kurze Laufzeit. Der Kunde hat dann Technologiemetalle erworben und dürfte angesichts der Entwicklung schon in absehbarer Zeit ein gutes Ergebnis erzielen. Er wollte , nach dem Gespräch über seine Bewertung, diese zurück ziehen und aufgrund der nicht vergleichbaren Leistung dann die Bewertung eingeschränkt auf die vereinbarte Tätigkeit für ihn anpassen. Dies hat er jedoch - bisher - nicht getan.

Vielen Dank für die Bewertung. Der Nutzen nur 4 Sterne ist - zu erklären für Dritte - weil der Interessent den Vermittlungs-/ Beratungsprozess 5-Sterne würdig befand, jedoch dann vor Abschluss, aufgrund einer finanziell neu eingetretenen Situation, erstmal vom Investment absehen musste. Insofern wäre der Nutzen aus der Situation heraus eigentlich sogar nur 1 Stern, weil jetzt nicht nutzbar. Daher freue ich mich über die 4 Sterne.
