My experience with this institute was unfortunately not satisfactory. The communication seemed neither professional nor customer-oriented to me.
During the phone call, I was initially told that they had to check the capacity of the teachers. Just half an hour later, however, I received a rejection with the explanation that all tutors were busy. This process seemed incomprehensible to me, as it seems very unlikely that a serious response could be obtained from all eligible teachers within such a short time.
In addition, I was told several times that I should simply "trust" the institute. In view of the fact that a completely unknown teacher was to come to our home without me receiving any further information about this person in advance, I found this attitude inappropriate. Trust requires transparency and comprehensible information - both of which I unfortunately missed here.
My queries were also only answered superficially, without really addressing my concerns. Overall, this created a very negative impression, which did not match the positive reviews I had previously read.
Based on my experience, I unfortunately cannot recommend this institute to others.!!!!!
