I was a neighbor of AllesBrille for five years, only needing replacement glasses just before I moved away. I booked an appointment and owner Steve Koch took about an hour to listen and philosophize about my needs. He explained to me the specific brands he carries and why AllesBrille holds up so well against well-known mass-produced items. Meanwhile, using the lenses I had brought with me, a replacement pair of glasses was made on the spot from an old frame, and I was able to take them home a short time later. I was free to buy them, or opt for a new model. Unique service, if I am not mistaken.
A new frame was soon found and I made a second appointment for the eye test and lens order.
The very attentive customer service was impressive and exactly what I like to offer myself as a service provider!
At the second appointment, I was attended to by Mr. Hausner, who confidently explained the advantages of the new lenses. Here, too, the years of experience were noticeable.
When I later brought the glasses for readjustment, Mr. Bausch offered me to exchange the pads from the sunglasses I had brought with me (from 2009). He had noticed the very pitiful condition and it was done immediately free of charge.
I am very enthusiastic about your great staff, Mr. Koch, and wish that AllesBrille can offer excellent services for a long time.
