Ich benötigte eine Reparatur meiner alten Brille. Da ich erst nach Berlin gezogen war, ist diese nicht in dieser Filiale gekauft worden.
Mir wurde unkompliziert und sehr schnell geholfen, und das Glas wieder eingesetzt.
Außerdem wurde die Brille auch wieder stabilisiert.
Während ein Mitarbeiter in der Werkstatt die Brille reparierte, ließ ich mich von einem weiteren
Mitarbeiter über das Angebot von Brillengläsern beraten. Zu jeder Zeit wurden meine Fragen kompetent und freundlich beantwortet.
Es wurden Lösungen angeboten, und ich fühlte mich zu jeder Zeit wohl.
Meine nächste Brille werde ich sicherlich in dieser Filiale kaufen .
Vorausgesetzt, es ist für mich ein passendes Gestell vorhanden.
Ich lege Wert einen Optiker mit eigener Werkstatt zu haben.
Ein Geschäft lebt von seinen erfahrenen Mitarbeitern- hier sind sie Top 👍

I recently entrusted AllesBrille with a very cherished pair of vintage Ray-Bans to have the lenses replaced. Unfortunately, due to the age of the frames, parts of the frame broke during the process. While this could have been a deeply disappointing experience, the team at AllesBrille went above and beyond to turn the situation around.

Instead of sending me home with broken glasses and an apology, they took the initiative to source replacement parts and crafted a matching pair using the components that were still intact. Their effort and dedication transformed what could have been a sad situation into a genuinely pleasant surprise.

I am incredibly grateful for their professionalism, creativity, and thoughtfulness. It’s rare to find this level of care and service. Thank you, AllesBrille for not only solving the problem but for doing so in such an empathetic and proactive way. Highly recommended!

A new pair of glasses on Saturday - ready made and ready to go!!! Not possible? Yes it is! Here it is.

I lost my glasses during a visit to Berlin at the weekend. I came across Alles Brille on the Internet.
I was able to drop by on Saturday and was helped quickly and with detailed advice. After the eye test and the selection of the frame, it took just one hour for me to leave the store with my new glasses.

Top advice, friendly staff, good selection of frames, delicious coffee

I lost my glasses last week on vacation in the canoe accident in Poland and have found AllesBrille because I googled for emergency glasses and could not wait another 2 weeks for glasses when I'm back, so called directly. Since I have a curvature and over -5, I was virtually half blind and thought make times rather already an appointment, but the colleague said I can come by when I'm back. So I came this morning directly without appointment and actually I had thanks to the nice colleague and the large warehouse even in under 2h a new pair of glasses for under 400€, thanks to discount on the titanium frame.
